Ok everyone we are allowing people become missin-nins in the guild. Well really we are just opening it up for you to make a profile as a missin-nin. You still have to earn your ranks but, you can say that your character is a missin-nin. If you don't understand what im talking about then im about to explain it to you real quick. Just know this we do have rules for your ranks and there are certain things you have to do to earn those Ranks.




International Criminal:
In order to be an International Criminal you have to attack either Other shinobi from another village. Then again you can also attack random people and become an International Criminal also. Yet each person you attack has to be an RPC.

S-Ranked Missin-nin:
In order to become a S-Ranked Missin-nin you must attack a Kage or Council-nin RPC Character. You don't have to kill them but, you have to attack them and escape the village to become a S-Ranked Missin-nin. Then again this task won't be easy for you.

A-Ranked Missin-nin:
In Order to become an A-Ranked Missin-nin you must attack anyone from the ANBU division or Jounin ranked characters. Yet these attacks must be on RPC characters. Also just like S these attacks wont be easy for you to do when you attack a Jounin or ANBU RPC character.

B-Ranked Missin-nin:
In order to become a B-Ranked Missin-nin you must attack either Chunnin ranked characters or NPC and IPC ranked characters. This task will be either easy or hard depending on who you attack. Chunnin ranked RPC only, and NPC and IPC characters can be attacked. Be warned this can get dangerous.

C-Ranked Missin-nin:
For you to become a C-Ranked Missin-nin. You have to kill a genin ranked RPC character. This will also draw attention to you by all genin and chunnin and this will also lable you as the coward of the village for attack weak and untrained shinobi.

D-Ranked Missin-nin:
In order to become a D-Ranked Missin-nin you have to either steal a scroll, a paper from a different clan, kidnap someone from a different clan, or do any minor crime that would lable you as a D-Ranked Missin-nin.

E-Ranked Missin-nin:
This is the losest ranked of Missin-nin you can be. This rank is easy to get. All you have to do is be like Sasuke and walk out of the village and you will be labled as a E-Ranked Missin-nin.



Also Note that E-C Ranked Missin-nin can be taken back into the village or put into jail depending on what they have done to earn there rank. The ANBU's main focus for these Missin-nin are Capture.

B-S Ranked Missin-nin are targeted and killed by there village and will now be taken as prisoners to go to jail. The ANBU's main focus for these Missin-nin are search and destroy.

International Criminal can be killed by any village. It doesn't matter what these ninjas try and do. The ANBU or even the Jounin and kages of the different villages are able to kill these Criminals for reason that they feel. This also means they can take a clans secrets if they want to.
