Battle Time for Jo'Rakha!Rolling for Mystaira.
Jo'Rakha's 1st Turn! Jo'Rakha has encountered a(n) giant puffball |:<! Pfft, who cared about screams anyway? Maybe they just saw a spider or something. A really big, six foot tall, giant, poisonous, ugly, spider.
But pffft.
As Jo'Rakha entered the door, he was greeted with ... an arena. At least, that's what it looked like; it was wide and open, with stands high up all around. Even they sky - a different sky, mind you - could be seen above, though hidden by a mesh of metal bars. There were no fans in the stands, though there were other doors around the area.
However, as the Khajiit drew in closer, the door behind him slammed shut, locking him out from changing his mind. Hopefully, it wouldn't be so bad, 'cause uh ... well otherwise that would be very unfortunate.
At the moment that the door shut, something else happened as well - a small ... white thing squashed out from under the door, then promptly puffed up and began to float towards him. As it did, it ... began to get bigger. And bigger. And ...
JESUS CHRIST IT'S A PUFFBALL WITH BIG GOOGLY EYES AND IT'S GONNA EAT YOU GET IN THE CAR.
Oh wait, no cars. Well, it's a fight to the death then.

An arena? Well, people usually screamed in arenas... But usually weren't there also people in the stands screaming their cheers too? Ah well, if there were more people there'd be less shinies for him!
When the door slammed shut, the khajiit hoped there would be a way to get out of there once he'd found all his shines.... At least this place wasn't filling up with water like the last place, that would be really bad with the door locking him in.
And... And... SEE! GIANT PUFF BALLS! Well, just one... But... The screaming was probably from it's last meal... Hopefully Jo'Rakha wasn't going to fall victim to the puff ball as well! He had shinies to find first! So-far-trusty handy-swipe go!
(Hand to hand go!)
Apparently not good enough against puff balls, Jo'Rakha gets himself smothered!

Jo'Rakha's 1st Turn! Jo'Rakha has been eaten by a puffball o_oWell okay . . . maybe 'eaten' was too strong a word. But that's precisely what will happen if the kitty boy hangs around too much longer.
With his hand to hand skills apparently failing him for the moment, the best course of action would be the better part of valor. In other words: run away!

The things this Khajiit will do for shinies... Do not include sticking about to get his kitty butt eaten. Fleeing from the puffball Jo'Rakha ran towards one of the doors and through it, shutting the door behind him, hoping there weren't any other carnivorous puffballs on the other side or he might not survive long enough to snag himself some pretty shinies.

Jo'Rakha's 2nd Turn! Jo'Rakha has encountered a vicious bloodsucking mosquito!Perhaps not 'carnivorous', the monster waiting behind door number one was anything but pleasant.
The Khajiit would find that out no sooner than when he slammed the door closed behind him and stared into the dimly-lit room. It would take several seconds for his pupils to dilate, but not much longer than that.
to see the oversized bug coming straight at him! Its wings were just ... just so big man! Huge! We're talking like | | this!
And it's eyes! Huge green nasty icky fragmented eyes!
Eyes that had their sights on the fresh meat ... er, 'juice', as it was. That huge needle wasn't for chewing, after all. But it was good for killing - Jo'Rakha if he didn't do something quickly.
... see? Not a carnivore ... so to speak.

What is it with him and running into bugs? Tiny flying purple people eaters, giant flying purple people eaters, and now a giant bloodsucker. Well... The khajiit seemed to do well against the big bugs, which apparently a puffball is not a bug otherwise he surely would have beat it, so felt he was likely to do well.
Jo'Rakha waited for the ugly thing to get closer to him before attacking with his trusty bug swatting skills!

Giant-bug swatting skills definitely seem to be doing well for him as he managed to hit it! Hopefully he looked for shiny things for his effort.

JoRakha has come across the one thing that adventurers love more than cheese ... lewt!
Wasn't it a little ... hopeful to think that the bug would have shinies? After all, it didn't even have mouth parts. Plus it was little more than a big, goopy, swatted stain.
However, there was a skeleton nearby with about 20 gp spilling out of a half-rotted bag. Looks like the Khajiit wasn't the first to make it into this room (which wasn't much to speak of, as it looked maybe to be a holding room for participants?). Who knew if he was the first to make it out?
That other guy definitely wasn't.

Well, the Khajiit hadn't exactly held much hope for the bug having shinies... It's not like it had pretty wings like that last giant bug. But the room! Rooms are likely to contain shinies! And look! Shiny gold coins! Surely the skeleton didn't need them anymore, so he helped himself to them cheerfully.
After stowing away his shinies, he looked around for a way out of the room that didn't involve going back to face the giant puffball.

Battle Time for Jo'Rokha!Jo'Rokha's 3rd Turn! Jo'Rakha has encountered an undead skeleton!Well ... more like a ... not staying down skeleton. I mean honestly, skeletons are dead people, right? And you can't be not-dead if you're dead and ... well anyway that damn skeleton decided Jo'Rakha wasn't about to take his ... or her ... or its lunch money (because you don't want to offend an already pissed off skeleton after you've stolen its lunch money).
Shi promptly showed off its disapproval of Jo'Rakha's theft by grabbing the kahjiit's wrist and pulling itself up proper ... afterwards going to attack the very guy that just helped hit up, of course.

Rats, seems that the skeleton wouldn't let hhi's shinies go so easily! It was his shinies! He found them! Who cares if the dead didn't want to give them up, they lost the right to it when they died there, so the shinies were his now! The Khajiit nearly toppled over when he was used to pull the skeleton up
Jo'Rahka smacked at the skeleton with his trusty.... Skeleton smacking skillz... Wait, hadn't he done this before in the water logged ruins? Ah wait, no time for that! Swipe that skeleton!
