I've been having nightmare almost all week. Some are truly awful and some are just wierd. The one i remember most vividly was one where i was with my dad by an airport, and it got really windy. Then a tornado formed and a plane crashed right next to us. Today, my dad and i were driving by the airport and the wind made the car shake. I was panicking, thinking i'd had a glimpse of the future or something, and was about to yell for him to turn around. We kept going, and there was no tornado, but my heart was racing all the way home.

Well, I can offer three solutions. All are very very simple.
Amethyst - It is FABULOUS for nightmares. After you cleanse it and charge it with the intention to chase away nightmares, place it under your pillow. If at anytime it stops working, cleanse and recharge it.
Lavender - Either the herb or essential oil. You can make a small dream pillow filled with lavender, or you can dab some essential oil on your pillow. It influences good dreams. Jasmine is also good for this.
Dream Catcher - I've grown up with dream catchers so I always refer back to them when having problems with nightmares. They're so simple and you can make them yourselves. Basically, the bad dreams get caught within the web and sunlight carries them away. So it's required to hang them where the sun shines.
