Cecile made her way through the damp grass towards the cave entrance. It was night, and she kept the flame from touching the wet grass so it would stay alight. The moon made the grass shimmer and the clouds glow. As she entered the cave of her clan and slowly climbed downwards, hearing the chatter of mice the deeper she went.

Ninosk was lurking in a dark corner near the cave entrance, engaging in his primary occupation: being creepy. The shadows he hid in were only enhanced by the shadow he emitted, and somewhere he had caught a fly, which he was now tormenting quite happily.

Cecile flicked the match in her fellow clanmate Ninosh's direction and laughed, "Doing something useful, I see," He snickered sarcastically. She watched him torment the little fly, "Torturing a fellow bug eyed friend?" She teased. She swung the match by the fly, narrowly missing Ninosh, but scaring the fly quite a bit with the heat. There wasn't anything big going on as usual. Torturing, teasing, and tangling of teeth and claws was seen around her. But it was only normal activity.

Ninosk paid little attention to Cecile until the match passed by his face, and his gaze flicked in the other mouse's direction momentarily. He was irritated that someone else had terrified his fly, and a few seconds later, with a terrible crunch, he devoured the unfortunate creature whole. Turning towards Cecile, still crunching fly legs, Ninosk suddenly leaped for the match, aiming to grab the unlit end of it in his teeth.

Cecile wasn't expecting Ninosk to be happy about her disrupting his fun torture session. Though she was taken aback when he leaped for her match. Females, being dominant in the Drow clan, were naturally vicious. She jumped backwards, and cringed a bit when his fangs brushed her paw as she did so. She hissed at him and swung the match at him again, making sure the lit part was constantly facing him so he was in more immediate danger than she was. This was her match, her fire. She wasn't willing to give it up to anyone, "Don't you dare!" she snapped at him. If he gotten a hold of her match, she would've been defenseless against the fire. She looked at him with disgust as he crunched on the fly, she personally had more refined tastes, but each to their own right?

Ninosk emitted a strange chittering noise and backed up when the fire was swung in his face. The fire would take too much effort on his part to obtain, and he spit a fly leg at Cecile before turning to leave, already disinterested and feeling irritated.

Cecile flinched as she felt a disgusting piece of the fly hit her cheek. She grumbled at Ninosk and skittered deeper into the cave to see if she could find anyone else worth interacting with.
