I am very pleased to announce that we have our final Vice captain, I have yet to find him a crest but his name is listed in 'guild members'. From here on in all new members will either become a part of the 'Crew' or just a member. I understand it is possible to have an infinit ammount of Vice captains, but I won't go through the trouble of promoting total strangers I barely trust. The less Vice captains there are, the more order it will be, judging that some will abuse their power.

And no one wants that.
