I guess you'll have to PM or comment on the owner of the guild (wigglecake). I guess we could just have it in the main forum but I think a subforum is more appropriate.
Aw, Scriptfrenzy is cool too. I just don't know how to upload my file. ); I got 102 pages last time (barely). It's easy to slack off (only 3 and a half pages per day).

Well, we have less than a week and still no word.
Ah, I can turn my old guild that I don't use into a scriptfrenzy thing but it seems rather pointless. Who is joining it anyway?
I think we'll just have it here. No biggie.

Yeah, we could do that. Man, I didn't even think to check here until just now (when, funnily enough, I'm procrastinating on my Script Frenzy xP).
How is everyone doing? Woooo second day... still early enough to not be sick of it! xD

Heheh, I"ve been doing pretty well. Having to write it in Microsoft Word, because my computer doesn't have enough internet to download Celtix. (Using a different computer to go online right now, lol.) I'm at 33 pages on Microsoft though, so I'm good.

I'll chime in~
I downloaded Celtx on my laptop which, when it's on for a while/randomly, starts making a clicking sound. I turn it off when it starts clicking just because it pisses me off/I don't want it to explode. So I've only got four or so pages typed up and I'm filling up a notebook with handwritten half-written script. This weekend I'm going to have to download it on the family computer and type it up.
It's going to be really interesting when I type it up and see how many pages I actually have. (And by interesting I mean I'm going to have to keyboard smash out ten pages a day to get caught up.)
Luckily for me though, my life took a sudden turn so that I'm in the same sort of situation on of my characters is in (minus the knights and dragons, of course) so it's been really easy to come up with dialogue and plot for her. Even if she was supposed to be a side character and not get this much focus. :/

So, how did everyone do?
I won on the 29th with 102 pages.
Although, since I've been doing this every November and April for three years now my friends don't care anymore. One of them actually got angry at me for not bribing her to write hers... At least give me one day to be proud of writing 70 pages in a week before demanding I bake you a beautiful fondant covered cake. (That's really silly. She's just lucky April's over or I would have found a way to write that into the script. x3 )

Ah no. ): Haha! I wish I did! But I was way too busy with my current novel. It should be done by this week. gonk Then one more go through and read through and I'll look for an agent.
I think I would have cared about trying to do it if I wasn't so sure I wouldn't be able to format it once it got down to the wire. That's what happened last year anyway. I wrote about 102 pages too! But then I couldn't upload it and I was sad. ): But oh well, at least my novel is almost done. <3

I might try script frenzy this year...
I have no idea what to write about, unless we can do "script fanfic..." for if we can do that, I do have a sorta planned subject that maybe I can turn into a full-fledged paragraph fic after the fact.
Also, when you do script frenzy, do you have to know how to write a screenplay? I haven't been in theater arts since I was a freshman in high school, and that's a very long time for me. I have completely forgotten how to actually write a screenplay.

I'm thinking of trying it, very tentatively.
I have written a screenplay...once. Long time ago. I may need to research how to write one before I actually write one.
Oh well. New learning experiences! : D

I've only ever written a script once, and that was a couple of years ago for an english assignment. I quite enjoyed it, actually, and I think this is because I already write so much dialogue in my novel it's basically a script in story form already. As far as formatting goes, I think I'll get a program to do it for me, so I'm not worrying about it every ten lines. xD
