Okay, I'm confused. I know in Wicca there is specific God and Goddess which is only known to the people who have been initiated but then I heard people having patron God and Goddess too. I'm quite confused on this subject.

Wicca is not the only religion that paganism can have in it. There are multiple pagan religions, and specifically have only one god [patron] that they deal with. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henotheism - Here's an example of one types. I've actually met someone who practices this, he worships only Cernunnos. Other people have practices that involve specifically one pair of patron gods. smile

I wanted to be sure if having a patron goddess or god in Wicca, was something that was done or false info.

It involves worshiping just those two deities. So whether or not they are necessarily your patron, I would think that a wiccan priest/ess should have to answer that.

You may be able to ask Scorplett in the Pagan Fluffy Rehab Center Guild, she is a Wiccan Priestess.

I'm quite confused on this subject. To the one that I serve With in Wicca there are two deities that are worshiped. A wiccan may have relationships with deities outside of Wicca, but they are not worshiped in the same way as the deities of Wicca. I will give my all
