The Kage Summit is a place in the Land of Ash due to its security and neutrality, which it has prepared for by strengthening its guard. It has its own distinct culture, and there is "nothing fun about" meeting there. It is an ashy, white-covered country area due to the active volcanoes surrounding the area. It is politically unusual in that it has remained neutral and never been involved in the ninja wars. In fact, the shinobi have a rule since long ago that they would not meddle with the land. Despite this, it is said to have an incredibly strong military which, instead of ninja, is manned by samurai.

Outside of the summit there were a few streaks of blue lightning before there was a blue flash. Once the flash had disappeared a man would occupy the space where the it occurred. He wore the traditional robes of a kage. On the hat was a symbol that resembled a snow flake and every area of the robes were snow white. The man's eyes shined from under his hat as he lifted his head to look at the summit building.
"So this is the place huh?"
With a sigh, Kizu walked towards the building.

 It wasn't long before the Agnikage arrived at the summit. He walked alone for the time being for the fact that his advisers were still conversing with the clone he left behind in Yukigakure. He made no hesitation to slow down for them being that they had traveled through this area many times before. Entering the building, the Agnikage would stroll over to the to his designated seat. Upon sitting, he would gently pressed his fingers together before solemnly closing his eyes. The only thing they would be waiting on now was the kages to show up. With the recent series of events, most of them were probably still dealing with the devastation caused in their villages so it wouldn't be of any surprise if any of them were late. Not to mention the kages of any villages that weren't attacked were probably busy with sending aid and assistance as well.
"Hmph, it's been a good minute since last came here and not a single thing has changed."

Bouka Issun------------------o Head of the Issun Clano Tsuchikage; Lord of Rock, Blood, and Hand.["Who are you to judge me for who I am?"] Bouka Issun, Tsuchikage of Iwagakure, dressed in his Kage robe untied and hat in his hand with face half covered by his Death Mask, walked up to the summit. His village was the only one of the major powers untouched by the attacks. No villages had asked for aid either. He only heard of the attacks when he received notification of the summit. His robe drapped off his shoulders slightly and was open in the front, revealing his muscled chest and golden tattoos of his clan. "Stand directly behind me when I sit." He told his guard before entering the summit. He gave a deep bow with his head to the Kage already there before taking his rightful seat, mask still covering half his face. ---------------
"Nice and Boring."

Takashi appeared from the shadows, accompanied by his Spirit Contractor, Inari, and his medical nin, Takeo. The past Mizukage was also expected to make an appearance, though that wasn't certain. Takashi wasn't in the Mizukage's dress; it itched too much for his liking. Instead, he wore his sensei's old shinobi outfit, as he always did when undertaking travel. Takeo was the only one of the party to take a seat, Takashi's, actually. He was grinning. "Finally get to meet all the big shots..." They weren't there as bodyguards. As far as Takashi was concerned, this was a meeting of information, and anyone who showed could use said information later.

Kizu took his seat after looking around and nodding at all of the other Kages. Anyone could feel the tension in the air that was present from the positional power alone, not to mention the enormous chakra presence that was already making the air semi-heavy, in a sense, for everyone there. Once seated Kizu removed his hat and set it on the table before him.He noticed that the Mizukage and the Tsuchikage both had bodyguards while the Agnikage and Kizu himself didn't seem to have any. In all honesty, Kizu seriously doubted that he would need a bodyguard. If push came to shove, Kizu could simply escape and return later with force. Still, the last thing Kizu really believed would happen here was a fight.

Tentou arrived a little late, leaving a shadow clone back in Rain, he would make sure the rest of his task was done. The Young ANBU walked up next Zenjai. He nodded to the both of them, and didn't care if Bouka got angry. As far as he was concerned, Stone wasn't attacked, which left them the most likely to be targeted for the blame. In such a case, they would need at least the minimum amount of bodyguards there. There were four other Kages in the room, things would not go well if a fight broke out.

A thick mist began to flow into the meeting room as a shadowy figure appeared sitting on a platform on the wall. Overlooking everybody else they would clearly be able to notice that the figure wore a formal robe and possessed teal hair and eyes. Through further examination it would be apparent that he wore a white robe with oceanic patterns and animals on it. This unique robe was unique to only one person; the Yondaime Mizukage With a slight sigh he simply scratched his head noticing the outfit Takashi was garbed in.
"So, you wore that old thing?"
Arashi simply chuckled awaiting his response. He had not ventured to this place in a while and had forgotten how tense it was. Keeping up his formal composure he began to eat an icy blue Popsicle.

Xaoh appeared standing next to Kazumei as they waited for the kage meeting to start. Each kage appeared at the summit with there body guards or advisors. Xaoh looked around his katana strapped to his back. At the same time Xaoh was ready for anything to happen while they where here.
"So many people here yet even all of the kages haven't arrived yet."

Takashi nodded at Arashi's question. "It serves me just as well as it served her." He meant the kage before Arashi, Yuu Darahara. She had been one of the most skilled swordsmen of her generation, and Takashi's sensei in both kenjutsu and for shinboi life in general. Everything he knew, he learned from her. The outfit was her signature, and she passed it down to him as a Graduation Present after he succeeded Arashi.

Arashi simply chuckled as he scratched his head becoming easily annoyed by the number of people who had already shown up. Looking towards Takashi Arashi sighed.
"Samehada also served me well.... "
He said referring to the fact that Samehada was taken the moment and perhaps hinting as to wanting it back.
"Nevertheless, lets get this underway. Then I will be killing that kaguya."

Danzo came into the room quietly and took a seat. In truth however, it was Adramelech who had entered. His clan's ability allowed him to take the appearance of someone else so perfectly, that even byakugans and the such would have trouble telling the real one from the fake. Not only that but Danzo was Adramelech's student at one point so personality-wise, they both would appear the same as well. As Adramelech sat he smiled, awaiting all the Kages to begin discussing whatever issue was at hand."Good day Lord Agnikage, Lord Yukikage, Lord Mizukage, and Lord Tsuchikage." "Danzo" bowed down each time he said a Kage's name and he smiled when he looked at their bodyguards. Showing respect was something Danzo would do in the presence of so many Kages, Adramelech was sure of it. Being Otokage was fun...

Takashi simply nodded. "I know, but unfortunately, even I cannot gain access to it currently." He simply shrugged. Samehada was with the rest of the Original Swords: the Vault at the base of the Mizukage's tower, past a door that not even a demon could pass without the proper keys.
