Wanna know why?
I CHEERED FOR BELARUS IN THE OLYMPICS BECAUSE THEY WERE THE COUNTRY THAT GOT NO LOVE.
Now I see why.

I would love to send that guy a 20+ page letter but alas, I am only sixteen and also, an American.
Edit: I DID write a letter. But it's one of those "write you boss an angry e-mail but don't send it" destressing letters.
I feel much better now.

they should be afraid of rammstein.
music inspires individuality, creativism, and rebellion.
if it is a heavily lawed police state, of course they wouldn't
like a band such as rammstein.
a damn shame for the citizens though.

Unfortunately as is human nature, the youth of Belarus and the people who are already fans will find that a band that can become the public enemy of a country is even more desirable. Thus by declaring them a public enemy, Belarus has only heightened the people's desire to hear Rammstein music. It is truly depressing that Belarus thinks that Rammstein inspires violence, but sometimes ignorance cannot be helped. In the mid 1970's, I believe Scotland had a surge in deaths caused by glue sniffing, and they attempted to blame it on the Ramones, as the Ramones had a song entitled "Now I Wanna Sniff Some Glue". It was determined that the spike in death rate occurred at least a full year before the song was released. People fear the unknown, or at least what they do not understand, and they will calumniate innocent names so that they do not have to confront the turmoil that they have caused. That is the life of politics.
