Usually its much messier with bits and bobs of jewelry, crystals, etc.
How often do you preform spell, or other magic rituals? What do you usually do? I do the energy rituals given to me by my tradition almost every night. The only ritual I do are bathtime rituals to purify myself as well as prepare for bed.
What steps do you take in your spell work. You don't actually have to include the spell if you don't want to, but if you could give a general summery, and like, how you call corners and stuff, that'd be great. - Set up
- Center/Ground/Release
- Call Quarters/Cast Circle
- Call deities
- Perform ritual
- Thank Deities/Elements

I love doing purification rituals. I often do them to practice energy work.
When I was having a hard time in nursing school I did a ritual to Isis. I'd light a candle that was green and dedicated to her and I'd plead for her to help me with my test. As well as studying I'd put as much energy as I could into the candle visualizing A's, B's and C's. It worked fabulously and Isis always is in my heart and I'm thankful to her. I have a little green glass box that I keep all my jewelry in. My nursing pin is the typical wings symbol. I keep it in there and associate the wings with her.

Samhain. I know it seems steriotypical. But things come alive around Samhain. The temp drops, the air is crisp. Its the most wonderful time of the year. I also like Litha. Because I converted to being an eclectic witch three days before Litha in 2006
