In Silver City there has been a massive oil spill in the ocean and a nuclear meltdown. This has caused many humans and creatures to be turned into mutants. The demons have come up from hell and in from the forests of this world to take over, and they are starting with Silver City. The demons rip the soles from humans and animals to turn them into creatures which are reffered to as, 'Mutts.' There are many hunters in the city who are hunting down these Mutts and Purebreds. To hunt a Purebred one must have great senses, for these demons can come out in the day time disguised as humans. The Mutts stay inside all day and come out to hunt at night. Only a hunter has the courage to leave the safety of their residence at night. The city has also been stricken with a massive, very contageouse disease. Also, every resident has a food rations card. This tells them how much food and living supplies they may get each week. How much food and supplies a person gets all depends on their rank and what medical condition they are in. For instance, a sick person does not get as much as a healthy person, because they may die at any time. So the military does not care if they get enough to eat or not. The same goes for young children. Rich people get the most rations. Hunters do not get a large amount either, because they are considered scum, even though they are trying to help. It generally goes by this- the weaker or more pore someone is, the less rations they get. Inmates and gangsters also get a lower amount of rations. People must be careful out on the streets because muggers, pick-pockets, or very desperate people may try to steal their ration cards. However, not all purebreds are evil, some have come to Silver City to rebel and help the people in need

It was mid afternoon in Silver City, the city was full of pedestrians. Most walked, some rode bikes, but only a few rode in taxis or drove their own cars. Gas prices had sky rocketted, so most could not afford the expensive wages of a taxi or buy the gas to fuel their cars. The people scrambled about to the soup kitchen and the town hall to collect their rations. Homeless people slept in the allyways and the ill lay all about either half dead or already dead. A small amount of medical staff scurried about to help the sick.
Robin rode his motorcycle down one of the streets, with no helmet. He had a pair of dark goggles protecting his eyes. He gazed around as he rode, watching everybody very closely, trying to pick out who was friend and who was foe.

 She pulled her hood up over her face to hide it from the hindrance of the suns rays. Did she truly have to endure so much torment a day? SHe squinted her eyes slightly and looked at the area around her, Where had she wandered off to now? She was not too sure, Everything was dirty, and horrific, all the same. In the corner she seen two children sit on the ground, a tiny piece of string tangled in one's hands as the other tried to play cats cradled along with her. She shook her head cheerfully a small smile on her face. SHe stopped in front of the kids and bent down setting her arms on her knees in a crouched position. "Why hullo there little children." She chimed giving them each a little nod. "What is it you seem to be playing!?" She inquired a hint of excitement tainting her harmonic voice, the eagerness made the children's weary gazes become grins of joy. "CATS CRADLE!!!" The one with the sting shouted holding up the tangle that was wrapped between her frail fingers. "YEAH YEAH! CATS CRADLE" She other cheered Clapping her hands and giving her a wide smile. "Oh!? Really?!" Kira laughed, her crimson eyes shimmering. "Such a fun game is it?!" She tapped her finger on her chin three times in a second a small hum coming from her throat. "Where are your parents?" She said in a questioning tone. "Did they teach you?" They giggled and the little girl who had the string pulled the tangle from her fingers and shoved it into her pocket the small grey plain dress covered with dirt and dust. " Mommy taught us! Daddy is too sick" She gleamed over at what seemed to be her house, the only hint was the woman that sat on the steps glaring in their direction the glaze of caution hinting her eyes. ' This will do....' Her thoughts mimed over and over, the small harmonic echo simmering down as she stood up. "Here... Could you take this to your mommy?" She asked the little girls as she pulled a small card from her pocked and handed it to the questioning child. The little girl looked at her for only a moment longer and then down at what Kira had given to her, a gasp escaping her tiny pale lips. "MOMMY MOMMY ITS A FOOD CARD ITS A FOOD CARD!" She screamed running to her mother, the other younger girl following after. Kira allowed the small satisfied small to touch her red lips as the woman nearly fainted when she seen the ration card, they would be plentiful from then on... Hopefully.

Rory was running around down the same street that Kira was on. He had snuck out of the apartment to fins adventure, but now he could not find his way back. A small bottle of Febreeze Fabric Softener hung around on of his belt loops. He was begining to grow frightened. His pale pink eyes wandered in all directions. He couldn't see that well and the sun was starting to make him feel ill. This can't be good.....Robin is going to be so mad when he finds out that I snuck off outside.... He was worried, he didn't want to run into any mutts, even if he was prepared. Hopefully no purebreds catch sight of me.....

Kira looked over to catch a little boy wandering down the street, He looked from side to side, his eyes flickering, fear glazed his sight. She bit the bottom of her lip for a moment her Crimson eyes shimmering in the sun from under her hood. She pushed her hair back a bit and cautiously moved towards the kid. "Excuse me... Are you lost?" She questioned quietly,approaching the boy in a fashion as to not frighten him. She was apparently in the helpful mood, two good deeds today might help the fact that she had just finished killing a man. The life of a vampire of coarse.

"eh?" Rory stopped short when he heard a voice speak to him, he then noticed a blurry figure, "um~ im all set...but thanks....." he wasn't sure if she was friend or foe. He gazed up at her with pale pink eyes

"If you are certain, Just asking. We would be in teh same vote if it was so but I guess not." She smiled. "I am sorry for wasting any of your time then...I will go" She stepped back a bit and gestured her hand to the road, inviting him to go ahead, apparently her help was not needed her, or he did not want it.

"good day then" he said as he began walking again. He strolled a short ways down the sidewalk. His vision began to blur and his head began to spin as the blazing sun beat down on him, Ugh...... he leaned up against a wall, head throbbing
A dark figure was watching Rory from the shadows, waiting to pray on the frail boy

"H-hey! Are you okay?" She questioned as he staggered, she was suddenly beside him, not touching him but wanting to help in some way. his pulse seemed to quicken slightly and his eyes now seemed fairly pale and a little abnormal to her.

"eh?" he wasnt sure if someone was speaking to him or not, he was too dizzy to comprehend anything
The dark figure stepped out from the shadows, a tall man, a vampire, "hes not going to survive much longer....just let me eat him" he spoke in a dark voice
Robin was still riding his motorcycle, he drove into and ally and was soon on the same street as they were

She was already facing the vampire before he had a chance to speak once more, her finger on his lips and a wide grin spread across her face. "Hush hush now, This is not for you to eat, This will be my meal before it is ever yours!" A growl echoed through her as she stepped back and set a small hand on the boys shoulder. "Come with me.... You will be safe. " Kira whispered and slowly tried to grasp his hand, if he wanted to or not, he was going to run.

scincetific-explosin [[[um. whats happened?]]] (((rory went outside, even though he is not supposed to. kira gave a rations card to a poor family. rory is getting ill form the sun and now kira is trying to help but a vampire i going to attack )))
