A friend of mine brought up the idea that if he could live in another time period, he'd be in college/high school for the 80's so he could be there for the concerts and clubs. Myself, I'd be there for the Flower Power era or the British Invasion. What do you think?

Got a favorite band or song from the era you'd like to share? I'm pretty fond of Ain't that a Shame, Love is a Many Splendored Thing, On the Street Where you Live, and a large chunk of Buddy Holly's stuff.

i guess i'd like to live in the Swing era (so long as that includes Big Band and Mowtown xd ) not just coz the music's awesome, but i like the whole vintage clothes and cars and stuff xd
p.s. i guess the era of now is okay too coz my favorite band is from "now" and i can't live without them twisted

Periods of music:
The Middle Ages
The Renaissance
The Baroque Age
The Classical Period
The Romantic Era
The Twentieth Century
The Twentieth Century can arguably be broken down into further subgroups, but I care more about the Pre-Twentieth century things.
