I was on the Teavana website (which is an amazing site by the way with excellent tea, check it out!) when I came across this:

I've never seen or heard of this type of tea before.
The tea itself is a little bulb of wrapped tea leaves that "blooms" into a flower like thing when steeped in boiling water. You can even buy clear glass tea pots so you can actually see the change.
I really really want this tea. What do you think? Coolest thing ever?
