Ok, people, here's how the Q & A will work:

1. All Q & A will go on here or in a PM to me or a vice captain. Once the question is resolved, and you understand the topic completely, the thread will be locked.
2. Please do not complain about other people's questions. We will go with majority rule for all concerned. If that kind of situation arises, we will leave it to a poll.
3. All regular Gaia ToS apply.
4. Q & A should have [Q&A] in the subject line.

Here's the OOC (out of character) general talk will work:

1. Be nice. We don't accept trolling, spamming, etc. But, bumping is alright, as long as it's not every other hour.
