Hail, o' great liege of the ancient woods, ruler of the deepest forest...
I've read only 5. The reason why not more is the death of my favourite character. I've realised far before the event that all the other characters have flat personalities and can be described in one word only. The story is not intersting and naive. Nothing surprising in the plot. The events are predictable. Of course there are some interesting ideas like... uhm.... I don't know, maybe the contant-moving staircases? Most of the ideas are based on something elese, no matter if those are legends, old stories or whatever else. Even the names of spells - was it realy that difficult to think of any better name for the spell Riddiculus? Just cross out 'O' and voila - there is good name for a spell, right? Bullshit. I used to be a great fan of the series at the very beggining yet with time I simply realised that the story was written simply to get money and doesn't have anything new to offer.
The Ravens are on the wings!

<3 purple~ oh you loved Serius?! mad D Try reading the last 2. I'm sure that you will like it, especially 7. There were lots of unexpected things going around there. mad D 6 was quite boring though but you might find it interesting if you love volde you-know-who. I didn't really notice the things you said when I was reading it because just being in the magic world was totally absorbing. ;A; mad D

I have read all of them several tmes each. I love the books and got quite emotional with them. especially the 6th one. When i read the part where Dumbledore dies i actually almost threw the book at a wall but seeing as how it was 2:30 in the morning and i was reading it by flashlight when it wasn't my turn to read it i didn't. I absoulutely prefer the books over the movies and am not happy about the 7th movie being made into two parts that come out one year after the other. I hate waiting.
favorite character would have to be Luna. She intrugues me with her randomness.
Least Favorite Character would probably have to be Umbridge. I hated her with a passion but then again she was like evil incarnated.
Favorite place would have to be Hogsmeade. It just sounds like the perfect little old fashioned village and i love those kind of settings.
Favorite teacher would totally have to be Hagrid. That big guy was just so awesome.
One thing i don't like is that they made money off making candy from the books. But lets face it. it all sucks. The jelly beans are nasty and you seem to get way too many puke flavored ones. The everlasting bubblegum is blue and gross and only lasts like 15 minutes. I have never tried the dragon eggs but if i am correct they are just chocolate eggs filled with some kind of filling. Like those Palmer's Easter eggs.
I will admit i do have a Harry Potter wand and its freaking awesome. I got it from Barnes and Noble

nao~ go create a new topic on KHR then. xDD Bella~ OMG! another fan! heart heart heart Luna is my favourite character too. mad D especially the part where she meets the trio on the train while reading her journal. Umbridge is disgusting, seriously, I never imagined her as human at all. She was always a frog or something to me. rofl I don't know they sell stuff from the books. sweatdrop That's just too wrong. But well, something for fans, I guess. You has a wand?!!!!! OMG! I want one too. I remember making a wand for myself from tree branches and bird feathers. xDD
