ββThe Hidden Ace's were island people that understood very little about the modern world. They were trapped in tradition and rituals that kept them and their island bursting with magic. At one time Governments from all over the world tried to pay for the aces mage power, trying to use it for personal gain. The Ace's rejected their offers, shortly after their offspring began to vanish only to be found days later tortured and by all accounts left for dead. Slowly, undetectably the Ace's began shipping their children out of the isles and into the governments own families. Still, not many of those survived for long.
The Governments then proceeded to force the Mages to cooperate, only to find out that magic was more then making rain, rapidly growing super plants and learning how to fly. It could destroy humans with a single glance, deflect bombs and dodge bullets. The suits began to get scared, they dispatched orders to hunt and slaughter all the mages, they blew the island from the sea, erasing it from their maps and deleting it from their history books.
