I put this Bread-cookie together without the aid of white sugar. I am proud of myself.
It is Vegan. So think Nadira's Maple Bread-cookies.

Oven at 375 degrees F. "Grease [oil, pam, whatever] baking pan]"
2/3 cup Canola oil
1 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 cup flaxseed and 1/4 cup boiled water= creamy consistancy. up to 1/2 cup.
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 salt
4TB cinnamin
1TB cloves
Mix all of the above. Mix the first half first, and then the dry stuff second. Drop walnut sized spoonfuls on baking sheet.
13 Minutes in oven. Let cool before eating. Yum!
