Sword Knight Boot Camp (referred to as SKBC) is an annual event that is sponsored by a group of veteran Amtgard players. It's held in a new location every year, moving it around the country. Last year it was in Central Texas. This year it was in California.
The entire event is about learining how to fight. They enlist the best of the best to teach classes that anyone at the event can attend. Consequently, it also has some of the BEST ditch battles you will ever be a part of. There's no battlegames, no quests, no roleplaying, no court, and no gaming classes. It's stick-jock heaven.
