Bullets are utterly pointless against him, as they would pass right through, only those with Logia type fruits can touch him, or wound him. But if he is in a closed off space with no cracks to let air in or out, his devil fruit will not work.

History:
After the fall of Eneru the Skypiea went through some hard times before finally stabilizing with their new god. Baku spent his childhood playing around as his parents worked, he was home alone 90% of the time, leaving him with to much free time. He often got introuble for trespassing on the Upper Yard, but they didnt punish him to much due to the fact he was a little kid. Most everyone knew him and when they heard he was saving money to leave, they all pitched in bit by bit. Its not that they wanted him gone, its just that they are very friendly people, plus his family is pretty strong political wise. One the day of his departure he had saved up enough to leave and enough to live months without robing in the grandline. With his many Dials and his strong boat that sails in the sky, he sets out; NOW! <3
