This is one of the many many many islands in the Grandline, you DONT need to start with this one.

Yes, as you could see the island is very prosperous and wealthy because of the government attacking any pirates. Many markets and buildings, est. 100,000 people.

((Ohyeah Baku's got Bawlz. C; ))
Baku jumped down from his boat, about 2 miles off the coast. He attached some special dials to his sky board as clouds formed around them, thrusting him and the board out as they skimmed across the water. He pulled his goggles down over his eyes and brushed the hair from his eyes as he made his way to the island. "I hope this place has some supplies, running out of water." He mumbled to himself as a sea king shot out infront of him, "Hello.. er.. goodbye!" He corrected himself as he spun his pistol around his fingers. "Cloud shot." He said as he shot a large air bullet clean through the forehead, causing it to die on the spot. He grinned as he looked up, land coming into view. He shoved the pistol under his sash like belt.

He skidded across the waves more, using a larger wave to get back into the air, flying on the air, his eyes closed as he put the googles back up on his forehead. "Lets see, about a fourth of a mile till I'll have to go in disguise so.. Cloud Cloud Transformation~" He hummed as his body formed into a cloud on the board, then into normal looking teen, his bored morphed into a surf board, be hit the shore smoothly, lifting the board into his hand as he walked into town, looking for a water shop and maybe a seed shop.

"Oh!" He said as he spotted the shop he was after, but before he could get to it... wouldn't you know it? Navy soldiers mach in his way, he gripped his hand before he could do anything, reminding himself he needed this shop. A soldier looked at him, and glared, "Whadda ya looking at punk?! Eh?" The man asked, Baku stayed silent. "HEY! I'm talkin' to you!" He aid as he reached out to punch him. "Screw it, I'll stop at the next port.." He hissed out as his body changed back to his normal form. The soldiers hand went right through him, his eyes full of fear as Baku placed the barrel of his pistol on the soldiers head. "Air gun." He said as the gun cocked and the soldiers head exploded into bits, blood spattered on his face, but not much. The people around him and the soldiers stood in place as Baku walked up to the water shop, placing money on the counter. "Ten barrels." He said, with a quite piercing glare. The guy nodded as he dragged the barrels out, Baku bowed as clouds surrounded the barrels and vanished from site. He turned back to see ten soldiers pointing their guns at him. "Didn't you hear? Your weapons dont work." He said as bullets flew through his head and into the wall behind him, "Oh well.." He roared as his body grew cloud like shooting out with multiple arms grabbing each of them. He roared again, as the clouds turned into spikes, turning the soldiers cheese like. He turned away and umped onto his board, flying into the air. "Cloud Cloud, thrust!" He yelled as his arms made contrails at the speed he flew, he made it back to the ship in a matter of seconds, jumping off and grabbing the board. He landed in a fish tank, "Ow.." He groaned, punching a hole in the glass so he wouldnt drown.

Standing atop of a building in the port, Sedrick over watched everyone, "I got away from those two wretched idiots, they go for a kill without thinking of a well deserved fight" he said as he looked down from the building towards the citizens.
