So, I understand that Father's need rights with some cases...but their father is on a sex offender's list for a reason. I don't care if he didn't actually touch his children, he is at a higher risk of doing it...seeing as how he has been put on a list which also saw him having child porn...i'm sorry...but no.
The girls do NOT need to be subjected to that type of ruling.

hmmmmmm....
Toughy tough situation is tough...
I think i would have to say overnight visits should be a no no.
The thing is, the article didn't mention whether he had actually DONE anything. Did he actually molest a child or did he just have child porn on his computer or something?
If its the later supervised (as the article said, another adult must be present during the sleep overs) might be understandable.
If he actually was even suspected of molesting a child. Then when that happened he forfeits ANY right to ever even come near his kids again.. Ever...
So there are certain variables to it.. But i would have to say, the court and other adults has to keep a very VERY close eye on that situation. And make regular check ups, and have social workers make unannounced surprise visits on a very regular basis to make sure the children are alright and taken care of.
And once every other week seems like its a bit too often.. I think every other month sounds better...
