great episode! i love how Xena asked if it was snowing on the mountain and then raced off into what she was told would be her death.
i thought that when Callisto broke Xena's back that somehow she would be responsible for Xena and Gabrielle's survival. Callisto was told to attack her spirit and not fight. and when she did it it somehow broke some strand of fate. but no, Xena and Gabby died (thank you disclaimer) and seemed to go to heaven. verrry interesting.

I KNOW WASNT IT SOOOO SUPER CANDEH SNAZZY CHKRMING KEWL??? mrgreen i still dunt get why xenas chakram broke.... but i like makin up reasons why 3nodding AND DEH FIGHT SCENES WERE SO GOOD! like gabbys! WOOOOOO eek
but yea thats a snazzy thought about callisto.... mebbe deh chakram broke cuz callisto wasnt suppose teh kill them ninja

supa candeh indeed.
Gabby chalked up some kills during that fight. she was like Taz all swirlin' 'round destroying anything that came in her path.
i was thinking that the chakram braking was symbolic of Xena herself being killed. or about to be killed.

Or Xenas invincible back! I mean, all those flips had to build up some kind of super power house of a spine.
Sure, she broke her back... But her back broke the dark chakram in half.
That's saying something.

I always thought it was symbolic of Xena's back breaking. They couldn't show the internal damage so they might as well show something else that is crucial to Xena breaking in half.

not so much a fan of the new chakram.
as if the old one wasn't powerful enough this new one is definitely imbued with magical powers. i need some Tolkien-esque episode where i see some god forging weapons like hers and wroughting stuff with magic and stuff such as afghanistan such as.
but that's more of a Kevin Sorbo: legendary journeys thing isn't it.

deh episode chakrams so confuzzlin gonk everytime i watch it i learn somthin new 3nodding but deh new chakram can split in half! even tho deh last ones cooler lookin crying

it seems like there should have been more background to the chakram of light and dark chakram. like some of the story took place in a hercules ep.
