Questions that i think reveal more about your personality and preferences. So, what do ya'll think? Which do you prefer? Why? ^_^

1. Depends. If you're at the concert listening to it live, then of course. But if it's a recording... album.
2. Rock, that's what made me fall in love with them.
3. Backup vocals are always nice.
4. God no, Amy is all I need.
Good idea, CDR, we need more activity around here.

Lol thanks, I had the idea for this for a while but i was too lazy to actually make it. As for me,
i typically enjoy the albums better but if Amy is preforming live on piano, i will choose that instead; her voice is always so strong on those songs. To this day i still gain chills on ABH My Immortal.
It seems as if the piano ballads are more emotional and i'm a deep person so for the majority i enjoy the piano songs better.
There is only one song where it is purely Amy's voice and piano "The Last Song I'm Wasting On You," and though i cannot relate to it, i still connect with it.
I don't particularily (spelling DX) like the duet songs except for "Lies" 'cause Amy's voice is too good to be dragged down by others. But i love a back-up choir singing other things. i.e. Whisper, Lacrymosa, Haunted. Then again, i am a choir nerd. ^_^
And i just now thought of this: demos. For the most part, i like the album releases alot better than demos. Except for "Tourniquet," and the only reason i prefered the demo was because of the Romeo&Juliet insert. (Which just so happened to be my fav quote of the entire play).
Okay, yeah-i didn't mean for my explaining thingy to be soooo long. Lol

But otherwise recording.

I think as Crimson said the choir stuff goes really well (especially in the songs she mentioned), and i think it adds to it (also especially as it's normally Amy doing back up anyway x3 ).
I think in the ballads it sounds better with just Amy (the exception would possibly be October if that counts), and the more rock ones with back up. :3
4. Amy alone.
Although i do love the songs Lies and Away From Me. D;

Live or album?
I've seen them live twice, and they are AMAZING. I love watching her play the piano. =] But I also love the stuff they can do with the album that they can't do live. Like Amy harmonizing(sp?) with herself. SO PRETTY. So. I guess it depends. x3
Piano ballad or rock song?
I LOVE the solid rock sounds of some of their songs, but I'm also a piano junkie (I took lessons for 8 years) and I love anything with piano it in. Plus, her voice is suited for piano ballads and sounds so beautiful! I guess it depends on what mood I'm in. =]
Single or backup vocals?
Hm. Single when she reaches those insanely high notes, backup vocals when she does pretty harmonies. =]
Amy or Amy w/male singer?
She sounds good with a male singer, but... I guess I prefer her voice alone.
