I moved the old Isaac vs. Felix thread since it is similar to this one

Let's be very subjective about each of these things. :]

Felix
-Jumped off Venus Lighthouse to save a girl (Sheba).
-Earned the magic of a mysterious tribe. (with the help of Isaac's group... without them, they couldn't've gotten the Shaman's Rod to do it. Which means that if Isaac beat them there and still had the Rod [didn't give it to Felix], then he and his group would've received the Hover Jade.)
-Scaled the 4 Elemental Rocks of the World.
-Found the pieces of a legendary weapon.
-Defeated a sea god.
-Picked clean Treasure Isle. (and defeating that DAMN STAR MAGICIAN is pretty damned impressive. But... he did it with the help of Isaac, so yeah.)
-First to enter Lemuria since Lunpa. (with Picard's ship.)
-Obtained a flying ship. (which belongs to Picard. Also, we don't know why Picard's ship is the "the legendary ship" and they never explained. It could very well have been given to the first Lemurian ship they saw, meaning that if Isaac didn't go "duuuude, where's my boat?" he could've gotten it. surprised )
-Defeated a three-headed dragon. (and was aided by Isaac. And... six other unimportant people... what were their names again...)
-Unleashed Alchemy upon the world. (with the help of Isaac and... some other people)

Isaac
-Defeated some thieves (that Felix easily defeated too).
-Saved a village from the trees. (...this does sound pretty silly when you say it like that)
-Went through a mine, and an evil desert.
-Raided a kidnapper's fortress to rescue some rich guy. (And "some rich guy" was direct centric to the story in multiple ways. Without "some rich guy", they wouldn't have Ivan, Ivan would be lost long before the game began, and they would never get the Shaman's Rod which would effectively lock them out of Jupiter Lighthouse.)
-Defeated a... mutant... toad. (and a sea monster which everyone else pussed out over. and storm lizards. And an undead pirate. And, I dunno, Prox's famed BEST WARRIORS *echo echo echo*, as they themselves praise like hell up north.)
-Cleared out Crossbone Isle.
-Lost his ship where us gamers can only speculate. (bahahahaha XD)
-Defeated a two-headed dragon. (with the help of... three other unimportant people... )
-"Supposedly" has part of the power of the forming of the golden sun. (Actually, the Wise One confirmed this. Felix doesn't have this, so hell, Isaac may very well be a god, but only further story will tell.)

Yeah, Felix has my vote. ^^

Well, the evidence here says that Felix is better because... he knows better people. But that's only because he's more worldly due to Saturos and Menardi. Also, this makes him more mature and likely to react the best way in a situation because he experienced more, and with M&S as his mentors.

So yes. Felix is better. :] But only because Felix has better friends. Thoroughly compare their friends and how they gained these friends, and then we may see who is better. ;o

I said "supposedly" because it's unexplained how it actually works.



Let's not forget people, in the gaming world, everyone praises the main character and practically forgets about the rest of his/her party: when you save the world, everyone thanks the main character; when you defeat someone who has a grudge against you, he/she talks to the main character while ignoring everyone else in the battle. razz

well it would be an awesome battle to see ^^

Felix because he talked in the second game.
He said "Why" during the trial for the hover jade

he also talked in the ending of the game
and when that big wave neer the bening of the game he gose "?"
so he talked abit more then when u played Isaac in the first game
