In this thread you will find all the information you need on obtaining a custom Fox. If you still have any questions please feel free to PM the mule.
- You may only order one Fox per custom openings. This is to prevent someone from taking all the slots. If a slot isn't sold after a day then they will open for anyone.
- Custom completion can take anywhere from a day to a few weeks. Depending on colorist's RL issues and the like. Usually we'll keep you up to date if things are going a little slow.
- Colorists have lives, so please respect our time and abilities. We're not work horses and things do come up. Persistant perstering will not be tolerated. Not even hinting when said colorists are in thread.
- Payment is due 24 hours. If you fail to pay in this time period the slow will be reopened for someone else to purchase.
- No refunds! Unless a colorist completly confirms your trade and then disappears before completing your custom. Otherwise your SOL.
- Do not guilt trip anyone out of buying a custom slot. This kind of behavior is not tolerated in any B/C shop. Even more so here and you might find yourself up on the grey list.
- Fill out the entire form when ordering to make things easy for us. Its what YOU want, not something for us to come up with. Unless you give us entire artistic freedom. If you don't like what we come up with well then next time don't give us artistic freedom.
- Please make sure your custom forms are the way you want them. No changes to the form will be made once submitted. Think before you send~
- No reserving slots! Its just not fair to others. Plain and simple.
- You may proxy a custom slot for someone else. In turn forfeit your chance to get a custom slot that slot opening round.
- Concerning customs based on already existing pets. Whether from this shop or another. If the pet is owned by another person you cannot get it exactly like that pet. (UNLESS you have explicit permission from the owner to get a 'twin' ) If you would like to use it as an example persay you MUST have the owners permission
If it is a pet that YOU own from another shop but is not your own creation (Ex It was the colorists own idea not something you customed) you MUST have permission from the shop colorist.
- Items are accepted for custom payment. They are priced at 10% off the LMP (Lowest Market Price). Tektek is useful when determining prices.
-These rules/information are subject to change/subtraction/addition when I see fit-

Cosplay Info/Guidelines
- All cosplay ideas MUST be pre-approved by staff (either Yayoi or Kagome) before they may be customed.
- Owners are allowed 1 cosplay custom a month and are prohibited to 2 cosplays from any series. This way owners are not monopolizing popular series and we can spread the wealth.
- If a cosplay set is reserved by a colorist you may not custom one of the characters that they plan on creating.
- Cosplay characters who have powers DO NOT have said powers in the Fox world. They may have the same characteristics and personality as their cosplayed character, but in essence they are merely dressing up at said character like any regular old joe shmoe going to a CON.
- Cosplays are not required to be edited. Paint on clothing is not acceptable.
- Cosplays may be of commercial characters or your own original characters but NOT of other people's characters as they belong solely to them.
- Only characters may be cosplays. No cosplays based on RL people. In addition, if you wish to base a Fox per say off a costume that a RL person has/wears feel free. But that Fox may not be the embodiment of that person as they are only wearing the clothes.
- Only one Fox may exist of any named character. Where the 'character' is in fact a 'species' (such as Pokemon, DnD Dragons, etc etc) only two (one of each gender) may exist.
- Variant Versions Cosplays: Characters with multiple forms - If a character has multiple varying versions (outfits, looks whatever) if it possible for each version to exist, IF permissions is granted from the owner of the first version made. They CANNOT ICly be the same Fox is multiple versions are made. They are separate entities. (Ex: Link & Dark Link)
*** Multiple versions may be commissioned by the owner who owns the first version.
- Multiple incarnations in the same series - If a character has been re-envisioned in a series, the owner may get the other version (they would have to pay the customs price again for the second version). But the 'newer' version would replace the older version. They cannot switch between forms. (Ex: There can only be one Sephiroth even though he has multiple incarnations. One Joker or Harley Quinn, etc etc. )
- Twins & Clones - If a character has a twin or clone that existed independently from its counter part then both Foxes can exist. (Ex: Fred & George Weasley)

Custom Prices/Guidlines
Full Custom Base Prices Adult Fox - 100k Kits (3 stages) - 175k (Only adults and kits are allowed to be customed, no teens)
Semi-Custom Base Prices - Semi Customs are just that. Semi. Meaning you do not get to decide the final outcome of what your custom will look like. If you want that than please refer to the Full Custom prices. What you may choose with Semi customs is - Stage, Gender, and up to three colors to be used by the colorist. OR you can leave everything up to the colorist and let it be a complete surprise. What you get will come out completely random, so please do not grump if what you get is not something you want. Its the chance you take when ordering a Semi-Custom.
Adult - 50k Kits (3 stages) - 80k
----------
Edit Prices/Guidelines
Edits Prices These prices cover both adult and kit customs. They are tacked onto the custom price. So base custom price + whatever level of edits price.
Full Customs Edit Prices Minor Edits - 10-20k Moderate Edits - 20-50k Heavy Edits (includes EDITED Cosplays) - 50-100k
Semi-Custom Edit Prices You now have the option to request RANDOM edits for the colorist to do. Minor Edits - 5-10k Moderte Edits - 10-25k Heavy Edits - 25-50k
*Where your custom lands in the ranges are based upon complexity. It is up to the colorist to decide your exact price but it is best to prepare to pay the max just in case.
Edits Guidelines This will give you a rough idea of what edits fall into what catagories. Please note that these are only GUIDELINES. We cannot cover every single combination you can imagine. Your colorist has final say as in what level of edits they consider your custom to be in.
Minor Edits - - 1-3 pieces of basic, SIMPLE jewelary. (Ex: Necklace, bracelet, earrings, hairclips) - A basic clothing accessory (Ex: Hats, ribbons, bowties, leg bandages, arm/leg warmers, etc.)
Moderate Edits - - Complex jewelary/accessories (Ex: Large detailed pieces, celtic knotwork jewelary, headphones, multiple flowers, chains, etc.) - A piece of clothing (Ex: Scarves, vests, shinguards, etc) - Simple, basic hairstyles. - An item/small animal. (Ex: Small sword, plushy, lantern, butterflies, etc.)
Heavy Edits - - Edited Cosplays fall under this catagory, always. - Very complex/full bodied jewelary/accessories (basically whatever it is covers a good majority of the Fox) - Complex hairstyles. - More than 3 pieces of clothing and/or large clothing items (Ex: (large clothing) - Cloaks, jacket, vest + shirt)
----------
Edits not allowed
- Shoes or pants. They don't look good on the lineart, so please keep any clothing edits above the waist.
- Full body armor/helmets. Same. They just don't look good. Masks are ok as long as part of the face is showing.
- Wings. Our Foxes live in a relatively real world, so Foxes with wings would be very out of place.
- Horns. (UNLESS they are part of a cosplay) We have plans. >O>
