The Closet

This is the place where you learn much about what is and is not allowed in the Guild. Here are the guidelines and rules to which I hold in high regard.

1. Follow all of Gaia ToS rules and Regulations in accordance with this Guild's policies. Remember, if you break a rule, you break my confidence...so dont break the rules.

2. No godmodding allowed...people die or can die. Even with certain supernatural abilities and forms, a boss or a hero can eventually die. Unless given to me in typed PM formatted information, you cannot godmode.

3. Weaponry can be issued only in natural body form and normal weaponry, unless researched. If a new weapon(s) is discovered, please PM me the information and I will allow it or deny it.

4. You can attend the Guild forums, but continue your patronage if you wish to. You can leave or stay, it's your choice. If you do not wish to stay, Pm your reason. If you wish to stay, PM your reason. I shall also do the same.

5. This is a Rated R; violence and gore and explicit language only. No Cybering or sex scenes allowed unless allowed by the Forum Moderator, RE Birkin. If you are caught Cybering without my permission, you will be given a warning. If you fail to comply with the warning and continue cybering without my consent, you will be reported.

6. A member of the RE Cosplayer's guild must have an Original Look or close to it. No one can submit their cosplay unless I see it and approve of it. One must have the exact design or close to it in their mind when making the avatar cosplay look.

7. If someone gets out of line and eventually he or she will, then I or my Top Crew will instill a Three Strike Rule. The rule is as follows.

Rule One - Verbal Warning
Rule Two - A written PM warning to the antagonist/troublemaker
Rule Three - Troublemaker is banned without question.

8. Promotions come and go, and as such, when a person performs their cosplay well, then the subject of promotion is open. I will openly promote anyone who helps me as far as giving me ideas to improve Resident Evil Cosplayer's Guild.

9. Just have fun. ^_^ The World of Resident Evil is vast and mysterious so be prepared for what is ahead.
