-----ǂ Pride Lands no longer takes bribes! Please do not ask us about bribes, the answer will be an automatic "no." We believe bribes are unfair to those who cannot afford them, they take away the availability of regular slots and it's just unnecessary for even the person paying such a high price.
-----ǂ Cubs can be given away, but cannot be sold! You can either give cubs to someone you and your breeding partner has agreed on, or host an RP event in the event section of the guild.
-----ǂ Listen to what the colorist has to say. It may be a question or concern that's needed to be heard to save both the colorist's time and yours.
-----ǂ Pestering a colorist about a pending breeding is not recommended. While some colorists are more tolerant than others, it is still very stressful when people are constantly harassing them. On top of Gaia tasks, they have real-life situations that always come before the internet. So please, be patient.
-----ǂ Do not bug colorists about opening slots! They will open them on their own time, not yours.
-----ǂ Breedings are not customs! This means that you cannot request a cub to look a certain way unless stated otherwise by the colorists! If you don't like how they came out, too bad! The colorists did their best and you should respect their imagination/creativity.
-----ǂ Most breeding slots are first-come, first-serve. This usually works like a flatsale, where a "GO!" post will be made and requests follow. On occasion, however, a colorist might make getting a slot into a game.
-----ǂ You must send your breeding trade after you have been confirmed your slot. Keep in mind that not all of the colorists will accept them right away, however.
-----ǂ Post both certed pictures of the breeding pair. If you cannot provide a colorist with a certed image, you must explain why.
-----ǂ Asking for an extra cub is no longer acceptable due to the new bribe rule. If there is a legitimate reason (and I mean GOOD reason) as to why you need an extra cub (maybe you owe someone something or it's for an extremely important plot, etc), then you must discuss this with the colorists of the breeding. Keep in mind that the colorist has the right to say no and you must respect it.
-----ǂ In relation to that, only role play required slots are allowed to do it!
-----ǂ A colorist has the right to refuse any breeding that she/he feels they cannot do.
-----ǂ A colorist also has the right to refuse a breeding if you never stop by the main thread.
-----ǂ Because we're all different, every colorist has their own set of rules within their dens, so be sure to read their rules as well as these.

Normal Breedings
-----‡ A normal breeding consists of one male and one female
-----‡ Both lions must be adults in order to breed. The only exception for this is where a colorists creates an adult lion on lines of a different stage
-----‡ Normal lions can only breed three times a month
-----‡ Lions must not be related, incest in Pride Lands isn't allowed, sorry
-----‡ Like stated above, a normal breeding with required role plays will result in three to possibly four cubs, while normal breedings without role plays will result in two, rarely three
-----‡ Normal and rare coupling will have the same cubs results as a normal and normal coupling (depending on role play)
-----‡ The colorists does not determine the gender of your cubs or how many you get, the dice does
-----‡ A normal breeding costs 10k, which is 5k per owner (unless one is willing to pay for it all)
-----‡ As stated in the rules, same sex breedings require an donor in order to have cubs. If you're having two males breed, then you need a female; if you are having two females breed, then you need a male
----------‡ Donors can either be from you or your lion's mate's owners, or a completely different outside source. However, approval from the owner must be posted here in this thread in order for me to give the okay
----------‡ To ensure that your couple's cubs have their genes, there is a certain process taken (more detailed if you really want to know). For a female x female breeding, egg slicing will occur so the cubs will have both females' DNA. For male x male breeding, the egg will be fertilized by both males' sperm so both their DNA is within the litter. Keep in mind, however, that the donors genes will also be apparent within the cubs (markings or colors)

-----‡New pets must be ONE MONTH old to breed
Rare Breedings
-----‡Rares may not claim a breeding slot unless stated otherwise
-----‡Rares may get a slot through special events, raffles, or auctions
-----‡Rares can only breed once every two months (per person, not per lion)
-----‡A rare breeding costs 20k - this includes a rare and normal coupling!
-----‡Rare breedings will result in two cubs, but if role played, there's a rare chance they'll get three
-----‡Cosplays can only breed once a month
-----‡A cosplay breeding costs 15-20k depending on the colorist and their edits
-----‡Both lions must be of adult age to breed

-----‡Please do not try to claim a custom slot unless it is posted that they are open.
-----‡Once slots are open and you want to claim a slot, post the following form. After if is confirmed that you have a slot, send the trade directly to me(10k for normal, 20k for rare).
-------‡Note: Sometimes it might not be just claiming a slot. There might be a game, or a raffle, so make sure to read any post that may contain information about the slots.
