Ever wonder what would happen if mythical creatures from another universe came to our world? Well that is what has taken place in this rp. It is modern day in a place called silver city. Creatures just suddenly appear on the streets. Unicorns run around the city streets, Griffins hang out on the tops of skyscrapers. The angels linger around the hospitals and adoption centers.
But in the shadows of all of this who is watching? The enemy. Vampires hide out in the dark allies, werewolves blend in with the regular humans.
Why is all of this happening you ask
In a universe not too far from our own there has been a war going on for a century. Why is there a war going on? The gods of that universe have been arguing about how we humans treat the earth. The darker side is truly disgusted by our actions and thinks it best that they use war to teach humans a lesson. The lighter side thinks that they should use logic and working things out through paperwork and other harmless ways. This has caused a war between the demons and 'good' fantasy creatures. They argue over the matter so often that it is just one of the many causes of the war. This war has been going on non-stop for a whole century, and all of the mythological creatures have chosen a side to support. The leaders of the war are the more well known creatures such as vampires, werewolves, mermaids, mages, and more. Some chose to stay neutral and some chose to be light or dark.
Both the light and the dark creatures come to our world and try to heal it as the demons try to destroy it. However, some of the light creatures come to our world to hide from the demons (which are also called demon pure bloods), It is up to the light creatures to survive, they must ban together with the few good humans left in the world, but can they survive? Or will this lead to an all out war in the human world and break into the destruction of our planet? Can they help us save our world? They come to save themselves....and us.
Besides the occurrence of random mythical creatures in Silver City, none of this is too much of a problem. However, the demon pure bloods have already made their first move. Ten years ago they dropped a bomb over Silver City that has much the same effect as a nuclear bomb. They also dumped gallons of oils and toxins into the nearby ocean, and let out a deadly viruses that is very contagious, (real helpful right? )
In Silver City there has been a massive oil spill in the ocean and a nuclear meltdown. This has caused many humans and creatures to be turned into mutants. The demons have come up from the hell of their universe to take over, and they are starting with Silver City.
The demons rip the soles from humans and animals to turn them into creatures which are referred to as, 'Mutts.' There are many hunters in the city who are hunting down these Mutts and demon purebreds. To hunt a demon purebred one must have great senses, for these demons can come out in the day time disguised as humans. The Mutts stay inside all day and come out to hunt at night. Only a hunter has the courage to leave the safety of their residence at night.
However, not all demon purebreds are evil, some have come to Silver City to rebel and help the people in need. There is another Fantasy world in our universe, where creatures of all kinds reside. Unicorns, trolls, pixies, elves, goblins, and more. Once shoved from our world they have started their own. However, this world is not free from burden and war. It is because of this other world that our own has suffered from disasters. The gods and demons from the other universe are furious with us humans for how we treat out plant.
To hunt a good purebred (such as an angel ), one must know the weaknesses of the breed that they are fighting. For example, if one is going to fight an angel then they may consider taking a hostage, (for the angels are very protective ).
Also, every resident has a food rations card. This tells them how much food and living supplies they may get each week. How much food and supplies a person gets all depends on their rank and what medical condition they are in. For instance, a sick person does not get as much as a healthy person, because they may die at any time. So the military does not care if they get enough to eat or not. The same goes for young children. Rich people get the most rations. Hunters do not get a large amount either, because they are considered scum, even though they are trying to help. It generally goes by this- the weaker or more pore someone is, the less rations they get. Inmates and gangsters also get a lower amount of rations. People must be careful out on the streets because muggers, pick-pockets, or very desperate people may try to steal their ration cards.
