P e n g u i n X C ɑ b i n xx[Purple & Blue Door // Cabin #1]This cabin will be your home for practically the whole summer. So get used to it! You won't be doing much here other than sleeping (which you won't get much of by the way; the Combusken likes to wake up pretty early). After a couple of days of sleeping in this place, you'll be begging for your plain ol' room back at the Pokemon Center. But it still beats sleeping in the dirt, right? Not that it's much of a step up from that...
The ceilings are built high because of the bunk beds and are only made out of wood. You'd better wish for mild summer nights, because these don't hold cold or heat very well. The cabins are extremely small, considering they have to fit four people. You won't have a table, chairs, or anything blocking your walkway; it's just a square room with two bunk beds and two tiny closets on either side. The bathroom is built into the corner and has a small shower, toilet, and sink. Just be grateful to have warm water most days...and running water in general! C o u n s e l o r

 Lindsay looked down at the piece of paper that she held in her hands. She rubbed her thumb against it softly as she read it over and over again. She was in the penguin cabin and her counselor was someone named "Winevy". Sounded nice enough, but she was more nervous to see what it was like and meet the people than anything. She finally looked up and took in a deep breath, looking around the area. It seemed to her that there was now more people than there originally was, though it could just be from lack of paying attention the first time. She jumped a little when she heard someone speak, looking up at the stage to see someone. She listened to them talk and just smirked as they talked all tough. She reached up and took off her sun hat, taking a hair tie off of her wrist and pulling her hair up into a ponytail. "Really now? This is going to be fun." She said quietly to herself as she looked down, finishing up her ponytail. She put her hat back on and watched as the woman walked off stage. She sat there in confusion and watched as the "crew" seemed to discuss something to themselves. By that point everyone had started chatting again, but she just kept watching them. Finally a man walked up on stage and she stared at him as he started talking. 'Armohny, huh? So that's what that woman's name was... strange they don't introduce themselves. Guess I'll have to figure out his name later... as well as the girl.' She shrugged and got up, picking her backpack up off the ground in front of her and slinging it on her back, taking in a deep breath as she looked down at the paper one last time before heading off to find her cabin.

Lindsay looked down at the piece of paper and then up at the cabin that stood in front of her. She looked over and saw some others heading to their cabins and sighed. As soon as she pulled the door open she froze in shock. Lindsay knew that this wasn't going to be anything fancy, but these cabins... they were basically shacks. She took a step inside, looking down at her sandals as they brushed against the dusty floorboards. She wrinkled her nose and looked around at the place, walking over to one of the bunkbeds and putting her backpack on a top bunk. She explored the cabin to find a small closet and a tiny bathroom... which surprised her. She took in a deep breath again and pulled out her Sunkern's Pokeball. She rubbed a thumb across it's shiny surface and just looked at it for a moment before sticking it back on her bed. Lindsay started to sort her clothes and things, figuring she'd get all settled in whilst she waited for people to show up.   xSunkern{ HP } 5/5

 xx✿ xϺayaxxȾaoalian x✿xx Maya made her way into the cabin, having just gotten through listening to the speeches that the counselors had made. She was now thoroughly intimidated by the head counselor as well . . . the male didn't seem exceedingly friendly either . . . and now that she was thinking about it . . . neither did the girl sitting backstage, either. What did she get herself into?! Upon walking into her cabin, she saw that there was already someone else present. She immediately addressed this. "Oh! Hey! My name's Maya." she said, extending her hand. "I've just finished my run through Kanto, and I thought I'd head out here for some fun and relaxation." she spoke with a smile before setting free three of her Pokemon next to the bunk that she currently had claimed. "Is this bunk fine?" she then asked politely before commencing to introduce her Pokemon. "Oh. Let me introduce you to my friends. This here is Muddle, my Swampert. My Charmeleon, Charles, or Charlie. And my Turtwig, Turtus. They're my boys. The girls are staying home with my brother and his girlfriend. Getting pampered no doubt." she said with a laugh, patting the Swampert on the head. She then sat down on the bunk, facing the girl, hoping she was rather friendly. Maya really just wanted to have a good time during this camp. She also wondered if there were any other campers in this cabin, as there seemed to be more beds than people present.

Lindsay jumped. She was laying on the top bunk with her feet hanging over the bed, staring up at the ceiling. When she heard someone come in it almost startled her and she pushed herself up to see who it was. She sat on the edge of her bed and lightly swung her feet. When the girl introduced herself she smiled softly, then just blinked. The girl actually seemed incredibly... talkative. Much more so than Lindsay herself. "Nice to meet you, Maya. I'm Lindsay Summers. Kanto, huh? Never been there but I really want to go. I'm from Johto. And uh... not sure if you saw the little speeches from the counselors or not, but this camp doesn't exactly seem like it'll be completely fun and relaxing." She said with a shrug, hopping down off of her bed. She looked down at the Pokemon the girl had and smiled, digging around in her dress pocket and pulling out her Pokedex. "Hope you don't mind." She said with a smile to the girl and let the Pokedex scan the Pokemon. When it was finished, she stuck it back in her dress pocket and reached up on her bunk, feeling around for the Pokeball. When she found it she brought it down on her hand and looked at it. "You're so lucky, you already have a lot of Pokemon. I just have this one little Sunkern. We've been through a lot, though." She said with a smile, holding out her arm and pressing the release button on the Pokeball. The little sunflower Pokemon appeared in her arm, twirling it's leaf on top of it's head and looking around excitedly. She then looked over at Maya. "Oh, yeah, that bunk's fine. It's not up to me after all." She said with a chuckle. xSunkern{ HP } 5/5

xx✿ xϺayaxxȾaoalian x✿xx Maya smiled as the girl introduced herself. She seemed friendly enough. "Ah, from Johto, huh? I've been wanting to head on through that region as well." she said with a smile. "I was born and raised in Pallet Town, myself." she then tagged on. Maya was a very open and inviting soul. And now, more matured from her travels, she was quite the young lady. "Oh pish posh. I'll make the best of it." she the tagged on perkily. Maya had gone through plenty of tough times already. She'd been raised pretty much solely by her brother, since their parents were always away, and mid-way through their Kanto run, Maya, at the age of 13, headed off on her own. There were many-a-nights where she had to rough it by herself in the wild. This camp sure seemed like it'd at least be better than that. She smiled as Lindsay scanned her pokemon, and Maya pulled out a Pokedex of her own. "Only if you don't mind~" she then mused as she scanned the Sunkern. She'd seen a male traveling with a Sunkern a while back, but it was in a dark cave, and she'd already passed out, so she didn't have the opportunity to scan them.
"Sunkern. The seed pokemon. Sunkern already contains the nutrients it needs to evolve into Sunflora, and needs only to take in water. By statistical averages, Sunkern is the weakest Pokémon, and defends itself by thrashing its sprout at enemies." the Pokedex spouted off.
"Neato~ Your Sunkern's so cute." Maya then added as Lindsay talked about her Pokemon. "I could tell you about my girls, if you'd like. If not, that's fine too." Maya then said with a warm smile. She loved talking about Pokemon, especially praising her own, but she didn't want to just spout off so much information that Lindsay didn't have any interest in hearing.  ↪ ☮ ⓟⓔⓐⓒⓔ ☮ ↩

 ⓦ ⓘ ⓝ ⓔ ⓥ ⓨ (-`ω´- ) One down, one to go. After this Winevy would be done meeting new people, and of course her widdle campers. She stepped up, not bothering to listen to the background conversation, and opened the door. She smiled and waved at the two who were in there. "Hello~ campers! How goes it? I'm your counselor, so deal with it." She sat down, then looked at the two girls. Wait, wasn't there supposed to be three people here? "Someone's missing. Who are you guys?" She asked, pointing at them. She would probably go bug other counselors about this.
Winevy then spied Pokemon out and about the room. "Nice Pokemon." She smirked and took out her precious Pikachu. This Pokemon had taken a while to steal get. It sat pouting, then released a HUGE electric attack, frying everyone in the cabin, including the counselor. All the girl's hair frizzed up so they all had afros. "Sorry about that. This one doesn't like anyone." She shot a death glare at it then returned it back to it's Pokeball. She patted down her afro. "I guess this shows what will happen if you guys mess with me." She shrugged and walked out, saying one last thing. "You probably won't see me much around here. I'm off to the counselor's cabin, goooood bye!"

Lindsay smiled. The girl sure was a talker. Though she seemed to be like someone that would be more of a jerk than a lady, she did seem to have nice, decent manners. She listened as the girl's Pokedex spat out words about her Sunkern. The thing basically called it the most useless thing in the world. She rolled her eyes and hopped back up onto her bunk, letting her feet dangle over the edge again. She held her Sunkern in her arms as it just looked around the cabin. She was about to respond to the girl's offer to tell her about her Pokemon when the door to the cabin opened again. Lindsay was excited, thinking that it was the final person in their cabin. When she saw it was one of the counselors from earlier at the meeting she sighed and looked down at her Sunkern. "Lindsay Summers." She said, shaking her head to get her bangs out of her eyes as she looked away from her Sunkern and over towards the girl. She looked so young... so much younger than Lindsay herself, and she was only fifteen. Lindsay let out a loud scream when the Pikachu shocked all of them, falling over onto her back when it let up. She just lay there, feeling her fuzzy hair around her face. She closed her eyes and just lay there, ready for the girl to leave. Once she heard the door close she leaned up and pulled out her hair tie, starting to run her fingers back through her hair to try to get it straight again. "Strange girl, huh? Doesn't it seem weird to you that all of the counselors have this sort of... 'I'm better than you and I hate you all' sort of mentality? Making me sort of regret even coming here, you know. If their introductions suck that much I can just imagine how they're going to be during the rest of our events." She smirked and shook her head, reaching over for her backpack. She dug around for a big before pulling out a comb. She started combing her hair frantically in an attempt to make it perfectly straight again. She'd never been shocked before so she didn't really know what to expect. xSunkern{ HP } 5/5

ⓦ ⓘ ⓝ ⓔ ⓥ ⓨ (-`ω´- ) Winevy came back after a few minutes in the counselor's cabin, because she was bored and needed something to do. She resorted back to her cabin, because she didn't want to wake Armohny up, and Sparky was giving her weird looks. She reluctantly left the amazing air-conditioned room of the cabin and headed off toward the Penguin cabin, grumbling about the heat the whole way there.
Win burst into the door once again, and took a look at her campers. "I'm kinda bored, and you guys probably are too. So I'm rounding up all my campers and we're heading off towards the lake. Your choice what to do there." She shrugged. Win neglected to tell them that she wasn't technically allowed to force them to go anywhere, but she believed the circumstances were fair, so she let it go. "Soo, get ready, we're meeting by the dock in ten minutes." She held her fingers up, looked her campers in the eyes and left, heading off to the Mouse Cabin to tell them as well.
