That's a difficult one. I really like Magma Rock, and it has great music to boot. The ruins underneath Alhafra are fun too, and they yield one of my favorite summons.

Hmm... It would have to be Tundaria Tower. Simply because the theme for it is my favourite piece of GS music.

Never thought of my favorites before... Let's see...
Probably Atlamiller cave (I forget it's name... the place where you find Babi. It's not too hard, but atmospheric and fun), Taopo Swamp (Can be a butt pain, but the atmosphere is good there too.), Jupiter Lighthouse (I LIKED it. Because good atmosphere, music, and puzzles. Also, lots of plot stuff happens there.) , and parts of Mars Lighthouse (For the above reasons, but it sort've dragged on at the end...).

Well its not a level but the town of Xian and Air's Rock because they prompted me to visit the real life locations they were based on: The City of Xi'an in China and Uluru/Ayers Rock in Australia. best Holiday ever!

Ooh, but I liked so many. I guess my opinions have changed a lot over the years, and I liked some better after a few playthroughs than I did the first time around.
I like the aesthetic of Jupiter Lighthouse, though I did get horribly confused by it. And as far as the rocks go, I hated Air's Rock initially but I've come to enjoy it; it's a nice little mind-twister. I definitely liked TLA's dungeons over GS's. A lot of the dungeons in GS were just... caves.
Not that there's anything wrong with caves (I don't mean to offend any cave-dwellers).

Crossbone Isle was the best, hands down. Then came Venus Lighthouse, then... Does Colosso count as a dungeon? That was fun.
