Since there was a mention of it in the main forum, I thought I'd start one.
Rules:
You are yourself.
Choose your pokèmon and stick with it, don't go randomly changing in the middle.
Use correct grammar, spelling and punctuation. Basically, be literate and don't *use asterisks like this*.
When I planned this, I wasn't sure if it'd be the official SG pokèmon game, so it can be linked in with the SG or not, it's up to Ezzy really...If it is, then you can't do much if you're dead or jailed unless you want to create a standalone character.
No godmodding, it pisses me off and it pisses everyone else off, so don't do it.
Other than that, it's pretty much a do-whatever-the-hell-you-want-fest, as long as you stick, loosely, to the gaia TOS.
Go forth and pokèmon! (Because pokèmon is a verb now)

Tindil sits on the short grass just a little ways off of the main route. She looks up to the sky and smiles faintly. The weather is as beautiful as ever... she thinks.
Looking over towards the long grass on the opposite end of the path, she wonders if any worthwhile Pokemon might be here...

Equinoxious Walked down the path, whistling a tune. It seemed that she was the only one for miles, and it was enjoyable. She could only handle so much of cities. Well, mostly it was the people that annoyed her.
She was watching the clouds, and failed to notice rather large rock in the middle of the path. Her foot snagged an edge, and she ended up falling flat on her face. "Owwwwww......"
Well, at least no one was around to see her shame. But....wait a second...... there is someone! "Dammit!"

Tindil stifled a giggle and called over to the newcomer.
"Hey! You okay over there? You should be more careful around here. I've seen people more attentive than you manage to walk right into Mankeys. Remember, unlike our Pokemon, we don't have the benefit of Pokemon centers to heal us up. Try not to get injured out here."
Tindil got slowly to her feet, her armour light enough not to hinder her movement to any great degree. She stepped onto the path, turned towards the newcomer, and grinned.
"My name's Tindil. What's yours?"

What the hell? Who was this armor-wearing person? It struck her as quite odd. "Yeah, but I do fall a lot anyways."
The armor still made her nervous. Maybe she was some sort of crime-fighting vigilante? If that was the case, Equinoxious was glad that her black cap and uniform was safely hid away in her pack. She usually took it off when traveling because there was no sense it showing everybody that you where in Team Rocket.
"Tindil? My name is Equinoxious, but some people call me Quin. What's the armor for?"

Tindil gave a noncommital shrug, the sword on her back rattling quietly against her armour.
"Protection, mostly. In the heat of a Pokemon battle, it's easy for attacks that veer off course to get a little too close for comfort. So I wear a few bits and pieces to make sure that I don't get injured. Besides, with so many criminal types running around these days, you can never be completely sure a trainer won't set their Pokemon on YOU."
Tindil hesitated for a moment.
"...It's apparently becoming a more common occurrence than ever. They say Team Rocket is going beyond simple theft now. There's talk of murder."

Equinoxious shifted nervously to her other foot. She had heard rumors, but no one told grunts like her anything. She was a higher-up grunt, but still a grunt.
"Yeah I suppose. Some people are crazy, huh?" She giggled nervously, and then stopped.

Sensing her unease, Tindil gave Equinoxious a cold stare. "...Indeed they are."
Glancing around at the scenery for a brief moment, she continued.
"So, tell me, Miss Quin. Are you a trainer? How long have you been travelling for?"

Equinoxious smiled, trying to think of other things than the sword that Tindil had.
She could tell that the other girl was suspicious.... she didn't know if that was just her personality or if she was really tipping her off to much. Why did this always happen when she got nervous? Why can't she just act like a normal person?
"Yeah, I'm a trainer. I've been traveling for about a year now. Want to see my Pokemon? I can show you!"
She thought that showing Tindil her Rapidash would pull the attention away from herself. Quin reached into her bag to get the ball, forgetting that it was in the same pocket as her cap. She zipped the flap closed quickly, but perhaps not quickly enough?

Tindil's eyes flashed. "Okay. I'm going to be honest. Your mistake here wasn't opening that bag, though that only sealed my mistrust. Your mistake was telling me you've been travelling for a year, when you aren't wearing a single badge."
Tindil smirked.
"Looks like we've reached something of a dilemma here. Now, what do you propose we do about this little conflict of interests?"

Equinoxious started to panic. Why oh why did she have to run into the smart one, and then blow her cover?
She held up her hands, laughing nervously. "No, you've got it all wrong! I've got Gym badges, see?"
And she held up the case that she had stolen from a trainer. It had all eight inside.
"See, there's no need for conflict!" She might be in Team Rocket, but that didn't mean that she would want to fight all the time.

"Funny. You're going in the OPPOSITE direction to the stadium. However... You're clearly no threat to anyone. You can't even keep calm. So this is what's going to happen. I'm going to relinquish your ownership of some of those items you've got there, and I'm going to turn them into the police at the next town. You can even come along with me."
Tindil flashed a mischievious smile.
"If you're really law-abiding, you have nothing to worry about. You can just recover them once the police have ascertained that they're really yours. But if you're NOT... Well, what do you think? Sound good, Miss Quin?"

Well, this sucks. Quin was only off work for ONE day...and this happens. Well, time to use those evasive instincts that had helped her out so many times before.
She closed the case, and chucked it like a frisbee into the tall grass. Then the girl turned and ran like hell. If Tindil pursued Quin, she would possibly loose the badges that belonged to some other trainer, and Quin doubted that Thindil would want to risk that. But if she took time to go find the case, then Quin would get a head start. This is what Equinoxious was hoping for.

As this slightly bizarre scene unfolded, a be-hatted stranger was also walking along this eventful path. He was Hattie Masters, self styled Lord of the Hat, and Pokemon Trainer.
As he turned the corner, past the seemingly unpassable wall of trees that never failed to confound him, he avoided the long grass. His precious Gardevoir, his pride and joy, was on the verge of unconsciousness, and he had unfortunately run out of potions. However, he stopped in his tracks. Other trainers, he thought, I hope to the love of god they don't want to fight. Oh crap, that one's running right at me. Either she wants a fight, or she doesn't know I'm there.
"Why hello there fellow trainers!" He bellowed. "Do either of you happen to have a Potion or the like? I need to heal my Pride and Joy, Annabelle the Gardevoir."

Tindil shouted back to the stranger. "Certainly, but I have to collect something first."
Tindil threw a Pokeball straight into the grass, before turning and chasing Equinoxious. She shouted over her shoulder:
"Mightyena! Go, use your snatch technique and get that case back!"
She turns her head and sprints towards the fleeing woman. "Don't even try to get away!"
