Right now the lowest prices in the Marketplace for these items are:

arrow Jacked Up Boots (2k4 #2) = 8750g
arrow Jacked Up Cape (2k4 #7) = 5949g

Edit: OK I found the boots for 5k gold. Just need the cape now. Anyone got one to sell for, say, 3 or 4k?
