To most people, Storm Riders are an unavoidable terror-wrecking breed of delinquents and criminals. When they are not constantly causing property damage, they can be found peeping in on woman's changing rooms, and fighting each other in the streets and alleyways. It's because of this that, in the Air Gear world, Air Trecks are prohibited from being used on most paths and roadways, much like how other small, motorized methods of transportation are not allowed on busy streets. The 'Wind' SWAT team perceives people using A-T on the streets as being criminals, and apprehend them on sight.
