Cause for a Raffle you have to give more then 1 ticket. No one is going to buy into a raffle that only has one ticket. The odds are against them even more then they would be on a regular basis. And then you pocket the gold? I don't think so, not in my guild at least.
Either do it fairly or don't do it at all.
