My favorite styles are kickboxing and bjj. Favorite submission has to be the flying armbar.

My style is well rounded ... I started off grappling and my striking is respectable ... but when it come to watching ... there are four styles I like ...
First being brawling ... love it when two guys just have this disregard of defense and just throw with each other ... think Griffin vs Bonnar or any Chris Leben/ Wanderlei Silva fight ...
Second is technical striking ... love it where a guy just dismantles a guys defense ... he works weird angles and when he throws he lands ... think Anderson Silva ...
Third being ground fighting ... though a lot people consider it boring ... once you learn to recognize the positions ... grappling is the most beautiful thing to watch ... think Demian Maia or "Jacare" ...
Forth and last on the list ... are fast paced cardio monster ... they put the pedal to the floor and don't stop til the fight is over ... fights like Sanchez v Guida, Guida v Huerta, Faber v Brown II ...
As for submissions ... when it comes to chokes ... I love the rear naked, trangle, arm triangle and the go-go plata ... as for joint locks ... I love the armbar and oma plata ...

as for styles, totally not what i meant. i meant like boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, bjj, wrestling and judo. those are the most common baka_boy1221 My style is well rounded ... truth
Personally, I prefer a judo and boxing. A great offense/defense combination. As for subs, I prefer chokes. Rear naked being my favorite with triangle being a close second.

I prefer Wrestling/Muy Thai, and my favorite submission is the guillotine choke.

that was aimed more at the ground/grappling. certain styles are geared towards that. for example, muay thai uses the MUAY THAI CLINCH, maybe you have heard of it. just an example. but i do see were your coming from. baka_boy1221 Brawling is a style ... technical striking ... that's a style ... ground fighting/grappling ... a style ... cardio monsters ... style ... my favorite styles is "kickboxing/brazilian jui-jistu" my favorite submission is the "triangle choke"
