I was sitting under the water, like I had been for half the morning. Anabeth had been there with me earlier, but she had to leave awhile ago. I should have left, too, but it was so quiet under there, and as soon as I walked out I would have to get back to training. If I were a completely normal teenager, I would've had to have had a big sucba tank strapped to my back. But since I was the son of Poseidon, god of the sea, I could stay under water all day and not run out of breath. Or get wet. Being the son of a major god had it's perks of coarse, but there were some things that weren't so hot. Like the monsters who constantly tried to kill me. Speaking of monsters, I thought as I caught somthing moving out of the corner of my eye. I swore as I grabbed my pen out of my pocket. I pulled the cap off the pen and it became a sword. Riptide was what it was called. I turned twords were I had seen the movement. Suddenly, something hit me on the back of the head, and I was knocked unconsious.
I woke up with a really bad headache. "Hi, Percy," said a voice to my left. I turned to see a girl sitting there. "Who are you?" I asked.
------------------------------------------- If you read the 6th Percy Jackson book, this will make more sense. But this is about how Percy dissappears, sort of like how Jason did. I know it's really bad, but whatever. Enjoy.
