The purpose of this thread is to act as a hub for all events that require this department's action to occur. This includes stat tracking, registration, Rank list, and promotions, among other things.

As per usual, the head of the department is paid double what the members are paid.
In this case, the second-in-command is paid 1.5 times member payment.

The payment is as follows:
Head of Department: 5000 gold per month.
Second-in-command: 4750 per month.
Normal Members: 2500 per month.

Each member will be assigned a specific type of member. For example, everyone in X department. Or, all the non-departmental Officers. They will be responsible for tracking that person's stats. This includes Missions taken, missions primed, posts, members recruited, and any extra criteria available to them, due to their departmental status.

The base criteria is this:
1st Tier:
--Five members recruited
--Three missions taken
--Three missions Primed
--50 posts

2nd Tier:
--Ten members recruited
--Seven missions taken
--Four missions primed
--100 posts

3rd Tier:
--Twenty members recruited
--Seven missions taken
--Five missions primed
--200 posts

4th Tier:
Special recognition by existing 4th Tier members required.

Special criteria will be in the form of Additions or Replacements, and will only apply to the individual department for which it will be created. The Criteria will be decided by the head of each individual department in conjunction with the head of this department.

I can handle that. And, It's true, I do have a lot on my plate.

I guess I'll start watching over Members who are in Departments... So about Half of our active Guild. You can get the Other Half Sony.

That brings to relevance my position, as a Lone-Wolf in Advertisement. Honestly I could do some sort of members drive, with the loyal fan base I have achieved. Sad thing is they will more then likely be active for a month and quit. 3/7 ratio (silly fangirls and lack of attention).

But as I have stated before. I live to serve. I shall begin a drive tomorrow, should you gentleman find that suiting.
