Tempest went into his new office and started to unpack his belongings from the time as the 2nd squad vice captain. Although it is pretty much bare, with only a few books and some of his self-made weapons.
"Heh at least it's a start."

michi entered the office before tempest, she had practically flash stepped her way as so as she had reached the entrance to the 13th division.
the over all lay out was very similar to the 10th division, with a few different touches of course " right i'm ready tempest-taicho" she said with high spirits

Tempest followed closely after. Of course, he took the seat opposite Michi. "Okay then. I was thinking that since most of our duty in the 13th squad is to do constant patrol, I was hoping that your squad might start of with something small like that. I'm just hoping that you will take say... around a quarter of the workforce while my squad help them get used to it."
Tempest stood up and looked out of the window. Sure the fortress of 13th squad was still okay due to the fact that it was very well built by the last captain, but there were still things that needs to be rebuilt. Not to mention the rebuilding of each and every squad. "Anyway, yea, to be honest we need help with the patrols. And I want to kind of oversee the small rebuilding again. People needs their facilities to be usable and I guess I've been a little too busy with my new squad to help out. So uhhh do this as a favour for me okay?" Tempest smiled sheepishly as he turned around at Michi.

michi looked over at tempest as he explained and asked a favour of her, she remained quiet for what seemed like hours, before getting to her feet and producing a rather large blank piece of paper from no where, and laid it out on his desk.
grabbing a pen, she quickly sketched out a map of soul society, and wrote the list all her squad members in the far right corner, stepping back she looked at it for a moment, looking at the names she looked back at the map, and began drawing a little more, and writing a roster. once finished she handed him her map.
she had draw a close to accurate maps as one could, every thin was in black and she had even lined out the sectors in red pen " we can do sector 1 through to 25 on Tues, weds,and fridays, through out the day .... and sectors 26 through to 39 on monday,thurs and sat though mon, thurs and sat will have to be, evening, is that alright with you tempest-Taicho" she said, looking over at him, mich also had to keep track on the other squads as well considering she had to work closely with them all " i'll be having the squad members do drills and help out with the other division during the remainder of the time" she stated softly

Tempest grinned. He did expect her to do it, but the rate at which she done is amazed him. "Thanks Michi. I'll let my squad know that they will get some more extra help. On a side note, make sure that the teams work in a group of 6 to 8 people each. I know that it seems like there might be too much, but more eyes in a sector means that something out of the ordinary will be that much easier to detect."
Tempest moved to his side desk, taking out some water and tea. "Anyway, I like that idea. I'll make sure to keep you posted just in case there is a change in the situation. At any rate, thank you so much for helping out. Tea?"

" yes please" she said tea would do her good right now " unfortunately i wont be able to have such large teams" but don't worry, it will be fine i can assure you... also tempest-taicho would you mind if i went thought your squad members files... even without a captain squad 10 will be utilized for large scale operations, and there may be a time when one of your squad members or even your self is needed in one of our future operation, i'm making it my personal duties to go through all squad files and make a mental library of there abilities"
michi took in a deep breath as she looked over her self created map again " at least doing patrols will give me an opportunity to see our built defenses and locate anything that may need updating

Tempest chuckled, Michi is sharp alright. She's definitely going to be helpful while she's in office. "Remind me to get you to captaincy as soon as possible. And here you are." Tempest handed her the promised tea.
Then setting his own on top of his desk, he began looking for the member files. "Well I won't promise anything, but just so you know, we don't have much members either. And I tend to take on jobs myself, just to make sure I get out of the office. Aha found it." Out of his cabinet, out comes a compact case. "I think this holds all of squad 13's files. I have another copy so just use it as you see fit."

michi took the tea and sipped it slowly a slight sigh as she closed her eyes briefly " thanks" she said and she watched as he pulled out the files there where a few more than her own, but she understood that most of the squads barely had members, she began to what appeared to be casually flipping through each file, where in fact she was reading them at extreme speeds, something she had inherited form her mother and by the time she had finished her tea she placed the last file back in with the rest and handed them back to tempest " thank you.... and it be best if the remained in your squad... and up here" she said pointing to her head " i have a mass library up hear... faces names abilities...and other much disturbing stuff" she said trailing off

Tempest just simply stared at Michi while she explained the more-than-needed 'disturbing stuff'. "Well I won't try to find more stuff out for more than I need. At any rate, if you need anything more just ask." Tempest put the case back into his cabinet. "Well any short term missions you would like to propose?"
