I have a 4-way tie between Feraligatr, Gyarados, Meganium, and Empoleon with Nidoqueen coming right after.
Not too bad for just recently beginning to rebuild 3nodding

Just buy the Mind Flood Heart Gold/Soul Silver Theme Deck. It comes with Totodile, Croconaw and Feraligatr (plus others). I got mine for around $20 (US) at Wal-Mart.

been awhile since i last looked at all my cards, but if i remember right my best was my Raichu EX card.

Ok I looked through all my cards, and it's hard to decide, technically my best is my Lugia Legend, but that's hard to count because it's two halves, then there's other cards which aren't allowed to be used anymore, and it's all very confusing. So I will stick with Groudon ex and Kyogre ex

best legal card right now would have to be the hs unleashed roserade simply because it can both confuse and poison your enemy

Luxray Lvx
Because one, once played he can grab any card off the bench and switch it with your active pokemon and for 1 lightning and one colorless energy it does 60 and thirty to one of your own pokemon (But who cares if you run sp) and if you ran sp then its actually one lightning energy for 60 damage.
A deck with that card won worlds and plus its an 100 dollar card now.
