Victory Road
DESCRIPTION -
Victory Road is a tunnel situated on Route 27. It earned its name because it must be traveled by all trainers aiming for the top. Its other end opens up in Indigo Plateau and the Pokémon League. Only trainers with eight Kanto or Johto Gym Badges are allowed to enter it.
LOCATION -
Victory Road is located in western Kanto.
PEOPLE -
People here are friendly, but combative and ready to test their strength. After all, the Elite Four are just beyond the cave. More often than not, you'll encounter very high leveled wild pokemon for training purposes, or perhaps for capture.
RESOURCES/EVENTS -
Are you serious? Again!? - As usual, trainers seem to forget where they've placed things, and a host of valuables like potions, revives, full heals, and other such items can be found here if one takes the time to do so. Some are even lucky enough to find TMs.
MYTH/LORE -
Several years ago, it was said that the Legendary Bird of Fire made these caves its home. However, recent studies have shown that the fiery fowl has since left the caves for a more secluded and secretive home...
