Nohalin had finished her duties.
When she stepped into the training arena, she saw that it was, for the most part, empty. There were a few new recruits and a more experienced soldier hacking away at various dummies and firing arrows into targets.
"Just for an hour." Nohalin told herself quietly. She desperately wanted to see Agir, but she needed to keep herself practiced. After all, more battles with the dark forces were sure to come.
A cool breeze swept against her back as she walked over to one of the soldiers practicing on a dummy. Evening had just started to settle in. The sun hadn't even completely fallen below the horizon at that point.
"Walden--I believe we have some unfinished business to attend to?" She said to the soldier.
The man didn't stop, nor did he turn his head to look at her. He simply continued hacking away at the dummy, blocking on occasion. "I don't know what you're talking about, Miss Valdengard."
"You know very well what I'm talking about, you cowardly dog."
Walden stopped practicing with the dummy and, wiping the sweat from his brow, turned to Nohalin. "Still upset then? I see my streak of honesty is favored by very few."
"You weren't being honest. You were being a spineless gut maggot. Now let's go. Get one of the practice swords."
"I've been here for hours, Miss Valdengard. Try me when I have more energy."
Nohalin scowled. "You can't run forever, Walden. You're a disgusting pig and you're going to get stuck one day."
Walden grinned. "You'd almost be lovely if you didn't have such a rotten temper. Almost."
Then he sauntered past her. Nohalin didn't turn to watch him leave. She stared at the dummy he'd been practicing with.
"I hate him..."

Nohalin struck the dummy again and again, imagining that she was actually striking Walden and not a dummy. She blocked and dodged accordingly, maneuvering to avoid the various pegs.
In the end, she was satisfied. She'd stayed much longer than she'd expected. The others had since gone, and the moon was full and high. Exhausted, she looked around. Indeed. It was as she'd expected. The others were gone, leaving her alone in the training arena.
"Agir..."
A stream of guilt hit her heart. She'd stayed longer than she'd intended, and she'd promised Agir that she'd see him. But she was exhausted, and smelly. She still had to bathe, and it was best for her to go to bed as early as possible. She had very early morning duties the following day.
"I am sorry, Agir. I didn't mean to neglect you...again."
She thought about it for a few long moments. In the end, she decided that she would bathe and then visit Agir. If she didn't get enough sleep, that was fine with her. She felt that it was better to put Agir before herself anyway. Which was another reason she needed to take a bath first.
So, sheathing her sword, Nohalin exited the training arena.

Riku walked in and picked one of the corners of area.

daniel smiled and went to the opposite corner and storm stayed on the side lines." ok then riku let the fight start."

"Well first off what do you want to work on first sword or magic?" Riku asked looking at him.

"Alright then first tell Storm to leave," Riku said looking at storm.

" ok then." daniel looked at storm and nodded his head up. storm nodded and jumped into the air flying away from the arena." ok he's gone."

"Good," Riku said drew her sword and charged at him and with a swift movement cut a small gash in his arm.

daniel drew his sword and blocked her next stroke and rolled forward. he jumped back and sent a fire shockwave at her.

She ducked and then looked at him. He flew back against a tree. Then she ran at him and within seconds she had her sword up to his throat.

daniel knocked the sword away and fire hit her in the chest and she flew back skidding across the ground.

Riku stood up and looked at Daniel. Daniel hands were pined to the tree and he wasn't able to move them. "First thing you need to learn is to know what your going against before you chalenge them."

daniel made fire go around riku blocking her site. he droped to the ground and threw a rock at her.
