Mk. So before I start the roleplay, just wanted to inform you all on a few things. 1. This title may/may not change depending on seasons or holidays and the like. 2. Any lock or key may be roleplayed in here. No limit either per owner. 3. Although not required, since I'm not a ruler here, I'd appreciate it if you posted the pic of your lock or key in your post. 4. Have fun and join the party. <33

Checkers stretched her wings as the sun rose above the horizon. She often awoke with the sunrise and loved watching her surroundings as the colors brightened and everything came to life once again. With a happy leap, the key was aloft and flying about to wake up. As she swam, Pearl watched the bubbles and fish dart around and shimmer in glorious colors. With her powerful fin propelling her up, she was at the surface in no time. With a delighted smile, Pearl watched the sun rise, turning the lake a red-gold. Blinking tiredly, a cream lock peered from his little den. The sun was creeping above the horizon, lightening the nighttime sky. Trumila grumbled softly and stretched before leaving his warm hole. Although a light breeze stirred, his hat and jacket remained on him.

Totenko jumped through the field and headed for the lake. Today, it was sunny and warm, so she wanted to play there. When she got there, she gazed at her reflection in the water, pawed at it, and giggled at how funny the ripples made the "other Lock" look.

Ears twitching at the sound of giggles and water splashing, Pearl turned around. She saw a snow white lock with a pretty ribbon on its ear. Swishing her strong tail, Pearl swam closer to look. As she neared, though, the blue-green key dove under the surface to watch from below. What the female didn't know was that her fur stuck out in the deeper blue of the lake water.

Totenko lifted her head when she heard something go pitter-pat under the water. She noticed someone's fur under the surface of the lake. She giggled again and said, "You can't fool me!" before diving in.

Pearl opened her mouth in an o-shape when the lock jumped into the water. Instead of diving further down, she swam closer. Her movements were slow, measured, and cautious. Her dark blue eyes studied the white female curiously. "Hello," her voice carried in the water, but it was still a little hard to decipher like most words under water.

Totenko talked back, but found that her words had a squishy sound underwater. "Bello! Bho're buo? (Hello, who're you?)" she started. "I saw you trying to hide from up there. You can call me Totenko."

Pearl cocked her head, confused by the lock's words. She wasn't built for the water. Swimming closer, Pearl pointed up with her slim paw, indicating to surface. She'd follow after making sure the white, rabbit looking, lock made it back up.

After seeing the other's gesture, Totenko swam back up to the surface, gasped, and shook her head around, trying to get it dry. It was better than before, but her fur still clung to her skin in unseemly clumps. "That's much better," she said in relief. She looked down after that and followed the other around with her eyes.

Once the lock had surfaced, Pearl flicked her tail in powerful strokes. Within moments, she had reached the top of the water and her head popped up. Her slickened fur remained plastered to her skin, but the female didn't mind it. "Let's try that again," she began. "I'm Pearl." The female gave a tentative smile.

"And you can just call me Totenko! It's nice to meet you, Pearl"
"Do you want to play anything?" She looked down at the water around the and then added, "We could toss water at eachother. It'd be a snowball fight. Only with water."

Pearl smiled wider. This lock didn't seem to be bothered by her large tail, keeping her afloat in the lake. "What's a snowball fight?" She cocked her head, curious. Sure she'd seen snow, but she always had to swim up the river to keep from getting caught in the freezing waters that usually iced over.

Totenko thought of how to describe a snowfight. Then, she decided it'd be best to say whatever came to mind. "It's, like, when there's snow around, you scoop some snow up into a little ball and toss it at someone or something and then, they try to dodge it and it's, like..." she made the motions of dodging left and right then "...whoosh! And then, they're, like, whee! And this goes on 'til they're tired of it or something. It's not really a winning game. Just a for fun one."

Takeshi was picking berries from a bush near the lake to feed her and Kyuutou. Takeshi breathed in the warm crisp spring air and sighed in happiness of a wonder day. At that same time, she could barely hear other pets talking. Her curiosity got the best of her as she quietly looks over the bush to see who its was. Takeshi sighed slightly disappointed, but smiled as she heard bits and pieces of Totenko and Pearl's conversation about snowball fights.Kyuutou's stomach growls as he exits the burrow that he built for him and Takeshi to live it as roommates. He follows her scent to see what was taking her so long to find something to eat, cause it was her turn to forage. Kyuu finds her in a short amount of time and sees that she is distracted by something. He smirks and he quietly sneaks up behind her. Just as Kyuutou was about to put his paws on her shoulders. She hits on the top of his head leaving a small lump.
"OW!" Kyuutou yelled loud enough to catch the other pets attention towards the bush.

Pearl nodded in understanding. She could picture the game being played out on land with shimmering snow covering the landscape. She gave a little start when she heard the cry from nearby. After a quick glance at the white lock by her, the teal key swam toward the source of the noise. Checkers spun and danced on the currents of air, feeling it scissor through her feathers and fur. The glistening lake lay ahead, a bright beacon of light. As she lowered toward the treetops, the light blue, black, and white female heard a sharp cry of pain from below. Lowering herself, Checkers noticed two locks by a cluster of bushes and other creatures out in the lake.
