The world no longer fights in wars and the year is 2064, the main sporting event is something called Mech Battle league (MBL). It is where teams of four fight using large mechs in huge stadiums, the mechs don’t really walk, it’s more like skating. there are three base mechs the first speed and the second strength and the third is a forward, speed is faster and is more agile but not as strong, strength is slower but packs a big punch and can take more damage, finally the foreward is in the middle of the first two though it normaly lean a little more towards one than the other. The mechs use no gun power its always just melee attack, some are hammer hands, claws, drills, smoke screens, ect.
