If you would like to socialize with liberals and left-wing people, head over to the Liberal Gaians guild.
If you would like to socialize with right-wing people, request membership at the Republican Guild of Gaia. You'll have access to their forum if you're accepted.
Libertarian? The Libertarian Guild has now moved to the Gaia Guild Network, and is looking for members.
For pure Communist and socialist types, the NCS: Neocommunism, Communism, & Socialism Guild is perfect for you.
If you tend to be in the middle of the political spectrum, you can try the Middle-Wing Guild thread. Though that one is much less social than the others, and has been inactive for quite some time.
