This may seem a little random, but I was wondering what your favourite Sesame Street character is. You see, it is the 35 year anniversary, I think it is next year, and there are some environmentally friendly shopping bags with either Elmo, Grover or Oscar the Grouch on them and I got to wondering who my favourite character is. I can't decide between Grover (I loved "The Monster At The End Of This BooK" and Ernie (I just loved how he always annoyed Burt).
So, I want to know who your favourite character is.

Definitely Cookie Monster (I loved it when he was shown as being in rehab on Family Guy lol)

For me it's a toss-up between Cookie, Oscar and Snuffy. I think I lean more towards Snuffy, though, because I have nicknamed my kitty Fluffelupagus after him. xp

Rhiannon Aine For me it's a toss-up between Cookie, Oscar and Snuffy. I think I lean more towards Snuffy, though, because I have nicknamed my kitty Fluffelupagus after him. xp Fluffe- What?!

He was the wooly mammoth dude~!!! OoO
...And I had completely forgotten about "the monster at the end of this book". I swear, I must've read it hundreds and hundreds of times. Wow. Nostalgia. Weeeeeiiiiirrrrddd....
...I was actually more of a shipper for The Muppets, but that's just me....

Technically the Sesame street gang ARE muppits, but I definitely prefer the muppets to sesame street ^_^

Tenaku Technically the Sesame street gang ARE muppits, but I definitely prefer the muppets to sesame street ^_^ Well, yes, (I think there was one time when Kerrmit the frog visited, and I KNOW there's one appearance of Big Bird in a Muppet movie) ...muppets versus The Muppets, if you see what I mean... xd

"The Monster at the End of this Book" was a life changing book for me. I keep it within my heart to the present day. Rhiannon -Slimy and the Martians were also awesome. By the way, I saw the end of Elmo in Grouchland the other day. It was incredibly corny.

I love Cookie Monster but Big Bird Scares me and that's why I refuse to watch that show anymore cause he's always on there. I like the fact that Cookie Monster always does the letter of the day and it's a cookie. One day it was the letter T and he had this safe. So after telling people that the letter T was the letter of the day he locked it in the safe and swallowed the key. There was a slot in the top so he was looking at the cookie. 30 seconds later he ripped the safe apart and ate the cookie. It was funny, I also like the count.
