Rules
1) This first rule should go without saying, however, just to make it perfectly clear...The GAIA Online Terms of Service and Rules and Guidlines will be enforced. This is to protect my investment(AKA this guild).
2) Roleplays belong in the Hogsmeade subforum. This is to ensure the main forum does not get plugged up with roleplays. We encourage you to create roleplays!
3) Literacy helps! This rule will not be too strictly enforced, so long as what you are typing is still able to be read.
4) No repeat threads! That is to say, if there is a topic currently on the front page that is meant to discuss the same thing your thread is meant to discuss, the older thread will remain and the newer one will be removed from the forum. ^_^ This is to keep the guild free of clogs on a single subject. It's a pain to try to find a good topic of discussion amongst 600 repeat topics.
5) Hang-Out Threads and Off-Topic threads belong in the Common Room subforum.
6) Absolutely NO flaming will be tolerated. If I catch you flaming, you will be met with an instant ban from this guild.
7) Please do not post "Looking for friends" threads or post "Looking for friends" posts within existing threads. Any variant of this will be removed from the forum and the user warned for spam. While I don't mind you finding friends here, I'd rather you not do it in this manner. It's just as easy to hang out and get to know people. biggrin
Consequences and punishments for breaking these rules will be issued on a case by case basis as decided by the crew member dealing with the violation or by the crew as a whole or majority.
These rules are subject to change as we notice new problems. The topic of this thread will be changed to reflect updates or changes to the rules.
Also, if you fail to read this sticky and get in trouble for something...I feel the need to state something. Ignorance of the rules is not an exemption from them. It is not my fault, or my crew's fault that you failed to do what should be instinctive by now, and read my rules. I didn't type these for my own enjoyment.
