Anyways, i was spending the day with my little cousin today (he is ten and an otaku in the making) we were watcing tv and the horrible abortion that 4kids did to Tokyo Mewmew was on. The two of us were making fun of the cat puns along with some other bad things XD. So I asked if he saw D.Gray-man yet (he watches alot of japanese-subs) the first thing he said was "Kanda is so cool! I wanna sound like him! (he was referring to the english dub)
but this topic is for fun. How do you think that 4kids could have murdered D.Gray-man the way it did one peice and Tokyo Mewmew?

no to mention turn all the akuma would be turned into "bad pets" with fluffy and happy voices. Lenalees skirts would be longer too...

And they'd give the akuma 'scary faces' because it wouldn't be right to beat up the cute little fluffy things.
(I can imagine the horror: 'Mommy help me! My adorable plushies have come to life to kill me!' that's D.Gray-Man meets gaia's zOMG. The exorcists are no longer out to defeat akuma, they're out to defeat the Animated! -shotstabbedkilled-)
4kids TV is an epic failure. I used to watch it when I was little: MewMew, and something about music notes and the solfege, Do-Re-Mi something... Little girls becoming witches or something like that, I don't remember. All I have to say is that it is definitely geared toward the little little kids, like toddlers or preschoolers. Not older kids. (Or animes like D.Gray-Man.)

yeah it does not mix with d.gray man its just make it lame like other they change a lot of manga when it comes to america not to mention anime they should just keep it the same and dont put any older teen book series in a childrens network.
No lenalees skirt gonna be longer but i probaly wont watch it
They will probably change it with no blood and akuma names because it means demon.

Lol I wouldn't think 4kids would get it... I was pretty disappointed with the Naruto series on Cartoon Network.. They removed all the blood and cursing... 4kids seems to only get the kiddy type shows.

I hate the american dub of Bleach, the original japanese is always alot better. But 4-kids aborted Tokyo Mewmew (Mewtastic, really?) and One Peice...

Bleach Japanese is much better one piece shouldnt be for forkids its to awesome for that.

heh, 4kids kept me away from One Piece, because I saw part of it once and it looked really stupid. Dx maybe I'll have to read the manga after all, just to see if it's any good.
and don't watch naruto on cartoon network. You can find all the seasons in the original Japanese with english subs on Hulu (possibly other languages as well, I'm not entirely sure). x3 Both Shonen Jump and Shippuden. (One of the many reasons I love Hulu, you can find pretty much every single anime you've ever wanted to watch. <3)
