Hey all! Just so you all know, this guild is not dead, only temporarily dormant! Us crew and captains may not be too terribly active right now, but I know personally for a few of them that some important real life things have come up. Same I'm sure for many of you members! But don't think just because the guild staff is absent that things cannot go on! Please, throw in your two pence in the forums, and help get things going again! I am still here, but I don't see many of our new guild members posting at all. I appreciate your interest in the steampunk lifestyle, and new members are always welcome, but don't forget about us. This guild is for anyone and everyone who joins to talk about steam related things. It doesn't matter if it's steampunk, clockpunk, or, something I wouldn't mind myself, a little bit of cyberpunk if you want. It's all related in one way or another. After all, it's the members that keep a guild active, not just it's staff. I will not be the most active for some while myself now, but I am working on new Ideas to help get things active, so please, anyone, feel free to contribute, or just try to start up a conversation with your other members! It seems everyone wants to join, but no one wants to contribute! Now I know that's not true for some of you out there, but for many of you it appears to be so. So speak up, make yourselves known, and start steaming things up in here! We don't mind a few cogs laying around here and there, or a few gears cluttering the place up. They can all be put together to make something spectacular if we really try hard! But I ramble, and if my words fall to the wind, then so be it. I cannot and will not try to force anyone to participate, but is it not silly to join a guild, only to forget about it, and let it collect dust in the back of your memory somewhere until years later, when you stumble upon it, and can't even remember why you joined it in the first place? Anyways, I hope you all can start to add your own ideas and quirks to this guild in the absence of the staff, for we are not the heart and blood of this place. You are. We are the moderators who help quell conflicts, and listen to peoples Ideas on how to make things better! We are here to have fun with you, not make all the fun for you. Any questions? Comments?
