When scientists find out about one's demon half, it could get them into serious danger. This is what had happened to a girl who was taken to a lab and was tortured and had been experimented on. What she doesn't know is that someone was bailing her out of the prison in the middle of the night. Another thing the girl didn't know about was that her friend had a demon half also and the two of them must fight side by side for their own lives. "It's in your eyes, what's on your mind.

I see the truth that you've buried inside." Midnight snarled as she tried to break loose from the shackles on the wall. "Unhand me!" she hissed at the scientists in the room. One of them had gone up and shocked her which had stopped her temper. "Quiet you. You're an experiment and nothing more!" the scientist said. "We're done here for now. Take the test subject back to her room."
The scientists had dragged her and had thrown her into a dirty prison cell. Midnight's clothes were torn up and worn out. She didn't even know how long she had been stuck here. "It's in your eyes, what's on your mind.

All signs around say move ahead." A very close friend of Midnight, a green hedgehog named Trent tapped into the laboratory's security system and he watched the way Midnight had been chained throughout the countless experiments and torturing. He could not watch anymore as started to sneak into the ventilation system. "Hm...." He takes out a scouter and places it on his ear as a purple lens was covering his left eye. "Is they have cameras, they've got lasers too..." he thought as he continued to crawl into the vents. As he did, he notices his small monitor that more scientists had approached Midnight with chains, shackles, and stun batons. ".....I have to hurry..." Trent thought to himself."Could someone please explain to me your ever present lack of speed?

I see the truth that you've buried inside." Midnight had woken up to see the scientists enter the room. "N....no! Keep away from me!" she snarled backing into the corner. She was tired and sore.
The scientist with the stun baton approached closer, the shocking tip inches from her neck. "We have another experiment, so you're coming with us!" the scientist said. "It's in your eyes, what's on your mind.

Lucky for Trent, he planted small satchel charges all over the laboratory's power plant. If he wanted to get Midnight, she had to be alone. He presses a small button in his pocket and 5 seconds later, the power flickers then it goes out completely. "Could someone please explain to me your ever present lack of speed?

Midnight sighed with relief. At least I can relax for now. But I know it's not going to last. she thought. "It's in your eyes, what's on your mind.
