ޣ/ޣthe FIREHALLޣ/ޣ------------------------------ So much can happen in a fire hall that nobody really knows about. All they see is their local heroes, rushing out to vanquish flames. But what really goes on inside is a different story. In Langley Hills, the local fire department has been standing for years. Those who work for it live in the building year round. Just to ensure that they are always on call. Due to the fact that Langley Hills is a small community, there really isn't any replacements for them otherwise they would switch out. But, they live there until retirement. But the funny thing about these men is that they aren't exactly normal. Or what society calls normal. People don't know this, but each of the men in the Langley Hills Fire Dept. have a secret ability. Control over one of the natural elements. Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Spirit. So what do these manly heroes get into when nobody is paying attention? With no acting chief in the building to watch them, they've done some pretty crazy things. And are always getting into mischief.

RULESPlease keep in mind that I do adore literacy. That means at leas 1 paragraph per post, No chatspeak, typed out sentences, and no one liners.
Real pictures please? And these are manly heroes we're talking about. So stay away from scrawny emo kids and goth boys.
The men are for the most part straight. On the outside of the house, they more than likely have girlfriends or even families. But can fool around on occasion.
Do not make sex and romance a part of this role play. But it can happen once in a while.
Yes, there is spots open for the firemen's girlfriends/family/etc, as well as other citizens. So it isn't just a bunch of manly testosterone building up.
Expect fire alarms at random. But not every post please. Once every couple of days RP time is good.
Decorate posts with at least a picture and name please.

personality: Stefan is a brat. He does what he wants to when he wants to do it. And he makes everyone aware that he cares about himself rather than them. He spends most of his free time playing video games or teasing others about how his ability is superior. His only weakness is children. He adores them. As long as they're under the age of ten. No, not that way! He just loves making a young child happy, whether it be with a treat or saving their precious kitty. But he'll never admit that he has a soft spot for them.
As mentioned, he is a gamer during his free time. And when he is deep into a match or level, the only way to get his attention is to ask if you can play along. More than often the answer would be "no" but at least he will snap out of it long enough to have a thirty second conversation. If you're lucky.
Unlike some of the others, he is single. Girls just don't seem to interest him all that much. And he never thought once of going the other way. Never occurred to him that it was even possible. He's more in tune with his own life. All the girls he has ever been with pick up on that fast so he never keeps one for more than one date.

personality: Danial James Valentine is a laid back but energetic man. He has a son aged seven but he never married the boy's mother. In technical terms Johnathan Andrew Valentine-Cooper was an accident, but if you ever refer to the mans son as an 'accident' you might find yourself drowning. He usually only gets to see the boy on the weekends because of his job but as of lately he has been able to see John, as the boy goes by now, more often. It all pretty much happened back when Danial was in college. He and his friend Malisa had been out drinking and partying with everyone else that night. One thing led to another that led to the bed and then came the cute baby boy. Danial helped raise the boy the best he could and helped Malisa along with his parents at every opportunity he could. The man loves his boy and there is no doubt about it.
extras: I keep it a secret most of the time but I have a passion for art. I have about three tattoos on my body and back in the day's of my youth I had my right ear pierced three times. If you look you can see the holes.

personality: I'm usually a quiet, calm man who usually avoids much conflict. I care for others but sometimes I don't express my feelings so well. I adore my coworkers son, Johnathan, the boy grew on me. Mainly because he calls me Uncle. I love anything exotic and different in the world and sometimes my curious nature gets me in trouble. Usually I am stuck in a book or doing something in art. I have no family anymore, my parents left me when I was five along with my younger sister who just passed a few months ago from Leukemia.
extras: I am depressed but no one can tell because I keep it hidden very well. Sometimes I let my emotions slip and if anyone mentions Magenta, my sister, I have to leave the room. My ears are pierced all together seven times and I have Magenta's name tattooed on my arm below my shoulder.

Danial sighed softly as he walked downstairs running a hand threw his brown hair still half asleep. He was only wearing a pair of black shorts at the moment, it wasn't like he cared much what he walked around in. He half expected everyone to be up maybe around the kitchen or the tv but so far he hadn't seen anyone for a good while. The tall, built man sighed softly as he sat on the couch. He rubbed his eyes while trying to wake up a little more. Danial half expected Stefan to be at the television playing a game. He had woken up early in the morning around three and wasn't able to fall back asleep till six this morning. He was stressing over Andrew most likely. It was the child's birthday soon.

 Stefan never slept the night before. He was "this close" to finishing off his most recent game. An xbox classic called Thief. Well, he had been playing all night. Besides, someone had to stay awake if the alarm went off.
Well, it hadn't. And he was somewhere close to his fifteenth coffee by now. He didn't need sleep! And...he died again.
Stef cursed and set the controller on the couch, standing to head to the kitchen. He needed another cup. Otherwise, he'd crash when needed most. So, he milled about, ignoring everything around him. After all, the world revolved around him.

Daniel looked to the tv again and finally realized it had been on and as usual Stefan, or Stef, was playing one of his games. That usually meant he'd been up sense the last time he saw him. "Hey Stefan how many cups of that have you had so far?" he asked as the man entered the kitchen. He let his head lean back on the top of the couch as he watched Step fool around in the kitchen. Then the failure creaking of the steps echoed through the quiet station and Danny looked up to see Jeremy walking down into the living room area. "Morning Jeremy." he said softly and smiled to the man.

Jeremy had been up for only thirty minutes by now but he had showered, pulled himself together like he does every morning, and gotten dressed. He sighed as the annoying steps alerted all who was around that he was coming down. It was to early to be all happy and cheery. The man hardly gave his fellow firemen a glance as he walked into the kitchen. "Morning Danny, Morning Stef." he said while pulling the Captain Crunch out of a cabinet and the milk from the fridge. J, as he is sometimes called, found a bowl and a spoon and quickly poured himself some cereal before putting the box and milk back up. His feet carried him to the living room again where he found a spot on the ground and leaned up against the couch as he waited for the youngest of the three to get back and make the tv do something interesting.
